The quality of the food was excellent, especially considering how reasonably priced everything was. Ridhi was fantastic to work with and made the entire coordination process leading up to the event incredibly easy. I actually reached out only four days before the party, and despite the tight timeline, everything was handled seamlessly. We ordered spring rolls (which were absolutely delicious and perfectly crunchy), veg puffs, gobi manchurian, veg noodles, chana masala, puris, and paneer butter masala. Every dish was flavorful, fresh, and carefully packed. We had the food delivered via Uber Courier, and the process went smoothly. Since this was a toddler's birthday party, we requested minimal spice levels, and they accommodated our request perfectly. Both kids and adults thoroughly enjoyed the food. The owners(?) are so kind every time I go in! I like picking up some gulab jamun occasionally when I'm in the area, and one of these days I want to try the hot food they have because it always smells so good. They have a wonderful little selection of assorted snacks and tea and it's very welcoming. The owners were really nice and accommodating. Their burgers were good. The sandwiches however got really soggy perhaps because they use frozen veggies? Not sure the reason but I am talking dripping water soggy not the usual. That did throw me off a bit and I really feel that would be something they should change. I love going to this small, family owned Indian grocery store. The couple that works/owns the store is the sweetest. They have a great variety of items with prices comparable to the larger indian supermarkets. Their beetroot tikki burger is one of the best vegetarian burgers Ive had! This family owned establishment is still in a soft opening phase. They had been in business for about a month and half. As we entered the store, we were greeted by the friendly owners. They offered to answer any questions we may have about their products. Also, they were so kind and generous that they let us sample some of the homemade desserts and chai tea. The snacks (appetizers) that we bought were samosas and veggie rolls. The veggie rolls had a hint of spiciness. The samosas weren't too greasy. They were both pretty flavorful and made with fresh wholesome ingredients. The thepla was tasty. The desserts weren't too sweet, which we very much appreciated. The items in the store were reasonably priced. There were a lot of imported food and non-food items. There were a lot of homemade snacks, desserts, cooked food, and groceries for sale. I found some very rare items including an Amul's A2 Buffalo Curd (Dahi), and I'm a super happy customer. Priced very good too. It's on my way to home from Walmart where I often shop. The owner told me that he can custom order items that are very rare to find. I'm so delighted to find this convenient Indian grocery shop. read more

stopped by just a few minutes ago with Hubby. We live super close to here, but had never actually ventured indoors. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It is a super cute, clean and organized grocery store.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Everyone in there is way too kind!!! we were looking at the front counter of where all the suites are and they let us try some of the items before purchasing them. They gave us awesome recommendations for which ones they like the most and we actually ended up really liking them too so we ended up buying some of the sweets. A box of sweets for nine dollars is a complete steal and we will be back on a weekly basis!!! read more

My new go to place! One of the few places in the bay where you get fresh paneer. We also catered for our son's birthday and their food is absolutely delicious - every single guest asked where the food was from even the non Indian folks. If you're looking for legit Indo Chinese food look no further their noodles, Manchurian was amazingly fresh & delicious. We also catered Sandwiches and Rasmalai which were also really popular. They also make fresh food & snacks daily which is a great economical option and will definitely remind you of true Indian street food. Oh my gosh. I don't even know where to start. The family who owns this special little Indian market are so kind, genuine and friendly!!! My boyfriend and I were walking by and just upon this market and decided to go in and check it out. My boyfriend was mesmerized by the hot food selection they had. Never seen this before in SJ! What a hidden treasure. In the hot selection, we got paneer samosa and chili paneer spring roll. Both were SO delicious! Crispy and so flavorful. The owners were so enthusiastic about recommending their favorite desserts and even gave us some samples of each one! We ended getting two of each dessert (literally went home with TWELVE) and it was completely worth it!! We will definitely be back here often to try the rest of the desserts and snacks. I usually don't reviews but this place has a new cook and she is amazing. I picked up theplas and paneer curry which had the home cooked feel and taste(with the right spice levels), other places keep adding oil and red chilli thinking that will enhance the flavors but it does right the opposite. Recently visited this place on Sunday, i am not from india but i love indian food. I was informed by my neighbour to go try their vegetarian spring rolls, went and bought some spring rolls. All i can say that i have never liked spring rolls this much, supper tasty . Thinking to go back this weekend to get more. I was pleasantly surprised at how tasty the two fried items were even the next day. I had the potatoes and peas samosa and spring rolls. I warmed it up in the microwave and was quite impressed with the taste and texture. I also warmed them up in the toaster oven and they were almost as good as fresh. I did have to use a paper towel to absorb some of the oil. My family was impressed with the spring roll. Flavorful and crisp. Looking forward to having it fresh the next time around. Visited the place and a bit surprised that it also has a small Indian grocery store within. Went in to get some Indian sweets and noticed freshly made samosa, veggie puffs and the green peas kachori. The kachori is big and the items delicately spiced. The new owners are extremely friendly and overheard the owner informing another customer that they will accept special orders to tailor the spice.
