Super tasty Bangalore style dosa but I feel like it's too overpriced for a cloud kitchen.

On this visit, we ordered the Tawa Okra Fry, and it was easily my favorite dish. If you're an okra fan, this one is a must-try. The smaller okra pieces gave it a nice crunch, and it was packed with flavor. We also had the Aloo Gobi, which was excellent. The potatoes and cauliflower were cooked perfectly and coated in a delicious gravy that paired wonderfully with rice and garlic naan. Another standout was the Chicken Tikka Kabab. It was juicy, flavorful, and simply delicious. The service was top-notch, with the staff being friendly and helpful in guiding us through the menu. The restaurant was also very clean and welcoming. Everest is truly a hidden gem in North San Jose and a place I'll definitely be returning to.

It's a small, cozy spot with casual seating, quick service, and a unique menu featuring Indian-inspired Nepali cuisine. Every dish we tried was flavorful and satisfying, but I especially loved their house special paneer and malai kofta. I've been craving them ever since. The quality is consistently excellent, and the experience feels special despite the simplicity of the place. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for delicious and comforting food.

They are known for their very generous Mandi dish, which is a Yemeni dish that gained popularity in Hyderabad due to Yemeni immigrants. It's a combination of flavored rice and a variety of meats. The restaurant was super busy, which speaks to how popular it is, but the service was pretty slow & they were out of many food items as a result. The restaurant has regular seating and, in addition, cute closed booths where you can sit at a low table in the traditional Indian way. They also have some funky prison booths with handcuffs, etc. If you aren't in a massive rush, the food is definitely worth the wait for some solid Indian fusion and street-style favorites. I will be definitely going back to try their famous Mandi Ambiance: 10/10 Service: 8/10 Food: 10/10 Music: 10/10 Seating: indoor & privacy booths Parking: Ample, free parking available Price: $30-$50 per person

Rich without being too heavy. Mandi is a Yemeni dish that gained popularity in Hyderabad due to Yemeni immigrants to the city. It's a combination of rice and meats. The flavors are more Arabian. Served with Yemeni schug, a green chutney, and tomato onion sauce. I tried fish Mandi and absolutely loved it. The rice was seasoned with hawaij and toasted raisins and almonds, and the fish was nicely crispy and covered in a sauce similar to tikka masala, very tasty. They have a few different kinds of delicious yellow dal that make a great accompaniment to Mandi -- spinach, tomato, mango pickle. The menu is very extensive, with a wide range of Telugu dishes. They have some fun little touches -- Mandi booths and a kitschy jail cell table, which apparently replicates a popular Mandi House in India. The service is very nice and welcoming.

Arriving within lunch hour (1245pm) to pick up the food, there were only two customers (same table) eating in. Saag corn lunch tiffin - food did not mix - very light - curries are thick - rice is tasty Mutton curry - bitter aftertaste and undertones - two big pieces with cartilage whereas other were dry chunks of meat - very expensive nonetheless Garlic naan - lots of raw garlic chunks - very expensive running at $4 SERVICE - rude - dismissive - customers eating in literally had to scream CAN I GET THE BILL and CAN I GET A BOX... I have never been to India before and do not know if this is the standard but other Indian restaurants here are not this bad??? - DOES NOT UTILIZE APPLE PAY; literally screamed at me, CAN I GET THE CARD AMBIENCE - looks like an Indian party all day every day - I wouldn't eat here myself LOCATION - a business warehouse within the south Milpitas business center - lots of parking - interesting entrances Skip. Total price was $33 for an order of butter chicken, garlic naan and butter naan. Portions are kind of small for that price point, but overall my cravings are satisfied!

Lots of pieces with bone in, it was tender and delicious. The staff were so nice in setting the mood for our birthday guests by even playing happy birthday in the background. Great experience for fine dining in Milpitas!

I've spent my whole life eating local food, and even the "mild" chicken biryani is about medium spicy. That said, the biryani is flavorful, and the food didn't make me sick, so I'm giving them 4 stars. Yelp said this place is open till midnight but I wasn't taking any chances driving from Hayward, so I called their number and they confirmed that they are open till midnight, all days! The truck is parked on a 7-11 parking lot on S. Abbot. They have two tables and 4 chairs for people wanting to sit there and eat. We ordered an Achari chaap ( soya protein) and a Rumali roti for my husband. For myself I got their tandoori chicken which came with 2 drumsticks and two thighs. The chicken itself was juicy and definitely well marinated. The achari chaap was a bit tangy for my husband's liking but had great taste and flavor if you ask me. The Rumali roti was soft and fresh. We also had chai which was creamy and hot! Food came out quite fast even though they had said it would take 15 mins. A couple things that stood out were the portions, which were plentiful and the prices which are very reasonable. Sunny the person at the window was super nice and patient taking our order and didn't mind husband and I going back and forth over what we wanted to eat. However, we were told that bhaturas (and anything fried) aren't available after 10 PM, which was really disappointing. We were instead offered chole kulche, and since we didn't have many late-night options, we agreed. We were told the order would be ready in 15-20 minutes, but when we arrived, the food already felt cold, like it had been sitting out for a while. It got worse when we reached home--the kulchas were burnt, making the meal quite unpleasant. After a long day of travel, this was the last thing we expected. We were too tired to go back, but honestly, this was not acceptable. If you're advertising late hours, the quality and availability should match. This experience was really disappointing.
