He was also flexible in additional requests we had along the way (like asking for a final glossy coat to finish the wood floors). I was originally going to replace carpet with LVP but found wood floors under the carpet! We chose to have the wood floors refinished and stained and they turned out fantastic! It looks like a completely new space. The job was scheduled within a few days and was completed on schedule. Any tiles that were similar to those in the other stores seemed to be a higher quality. They have a large number of tiles that are in stock making it extremely easy to purchase the tile. We worked with Liz and she was wonderful and very responsive. Prices were also great considering the quality of the tile was higher then any other store I went to. We selected the Half Picket Calacatta Gold Marble & Thassos Marble. We paired it with Mapei Avalanche Grout and we absolutely love it!
