The lack of empathy and support was shocking and unprofessional. Clients shouldn't be penalized for asking reasonable questions or accommodations during an already difficult time. They had wrong, outdated address. I responded with updated address. They completely ignored it. How do I know? My brother visited my aunt's former house. It's now, macabre, display place for coffins. Oddly, mailbox is still there. He found letter from Klenk dated a year ago. Obviously, staff paid no attention to my update. Don't know if my Aunt Dottie ever received news about her inheritance.
