After having…read moreanother company (who's name has something to do with Spring, Summer, Winter and Fall) install a salt generator for us, I took my water samples to said company to get our chemistry straightened out. $300 in chemicals later, I had cloudy, green water. Fed up, I took a sample up to St. Charles Pool and Spa, and that afternoon, I had a sparkling, clear pool. I've never gone anywhere else with chemical questions since! They also helped me troubleshoot a motor problem I had last year, setting 2 motors up in the back room to check their performance. I highly recommend this store.

I have had countless issues over the last couple years with St. Charles Pool and Spa opening/closing my pool as well as no weekly maintenance. Very half ass job with the closing causing numerous issues opening in the spring. Pushed the opening back several times this past spring, and left with it pond green colored and told me to shock it. Pics are from day they opened to 4 days after and they refused to come back to get it right. Every time I call to get them to come back to fix their errors, Andy tells me 10 different excuses and ends up saying it is my fault. The only thing they're good at is racking up the chemical charges every week and billing the customer. Do yourself a favor, never use these clowns. It will end up costing you so much more in the end as they have no clue what they're doing and send incompetent people out to do the job causing $1000s in damage that they won't fix.

We waited around when we were told they would be there at 4pm and they never showed up. We got a text 3 hours after the time we were told apologizing that they weren't able to get there but that they would try to be there the next morning depending on weather. We heard nothing from them for the next 3 days. I finally reached out again to double check if they would be coming the following week. And I got a response apologizing again for the delay but that we would be the priority the next morning. Now we are 5 days after that and I've been blocked on Facebook and my texts have been left completely on read. This is INCREDIBLY unprofessional. I would not recommend this company to ANYONE.
