The customer service a couple years ago was AMAZING when they actually hired good people and had good customer service. I had to call the corporate office myself to schedule an appointment because she was too lazy to do it herself. She told me it would be the two months before they could install our new salt cell After it took two months to receive. I called the corporate office and they had me on Schedule within three days. The local store has Worst customer service ever. I wish they had the other people that used to run the store because those people were top notch! I will drive all the way to Maryland Heights to another pool store just to avoid this disaster of a place. I've never experienced more rudeness in my life. Good luck. I would do a complete makeover in the store if you want to continue to get people to come there. And I'm not the only one that feels this way. I didn't know all of my other friends that have pools will not step in the store with this awful new management.

We came…read moreto these people every day or every few days with water samples for over six weeks at the beginning of the summer, asking how to get our water clear and what we need to do and buying parts. After being told to 'just shock it everyday until it's clear' and spending HUNDREDS of dollars on chemicals that weren't fixing it, I went elsewhere and seemed advice and our pool was cleared in a day. Every single person in there will give you a different answer on 'what to do' or 'how to do it' or what you need. For experienced pool owners this is a great local family owned place and the people are very nice. But for new pool owners I suggest going elsewhere first.

Then charge a high price for horrible work. Since it changed hands I thought I would try them again. I scheduled a pool opening They did not tell me you had to pay in full the bill. Before your pool was even open. Most Pool Companies take your card and do not charge it until the day they do it after the pool is opened. When I got the bill in the mail I left a message to have someone call me. On Monday a woman called back and was rude about me asking questions. This company does not even clean your pool when they open it. You have to fill the pool they take the cover off. Throw in chemicals. Turn on the filter and leave. That is sloppy work. I got a guy who cleans it with his big cleaner too. If it is as bad as it was when Bill had it be ware.

We were in a pinch, summer was starting and we were helpless. We were recommended Aaron and Best Buy pools. He came out the next day after we called them. Took care of us and continues to this day. We have a problem I give him a text and it resolved quickly. We keep our hot tub open all year and they continue to service us. Couldn't ask for nicer or better service!
