The drinks were affordable and strong, which was a definite plus. However, my main issue with The Lodge is the seating situation near the stage. If you're sitting in front, be prepared for people to stand directly in front of you during the drag show. I would've preferred if the drag queens, owner, or even security had stepped in to ask them to move. It was frustrating to have 6-foot-tall, 300-pound women completely block our view--especially after paying $18 per ticket. Also, watch out for this one wild white lady in a black shirt and floral shorts who acts invisible and blocks multiple people. If you ask her politely to move, she'll argue with you and even try to escalate things by telling you to "step outside" like she's about that life. Overall, for our first drag show, we had fun--but if you're going to enjoy the performance, be ready to be annoyed because no one there is enforcing basic courtesy or crowd control. Yes this is coming from the gorgeous black queen with the pink/purple hair

Looking for great house music, cheap drinks, and a small town vibe that still has a piece of metropolitan life? Go to the Lodge. The drag queens are fab and super sweet and all about the jello shots lol. My wife and I went and had a great time though it was sleepier than we remembered it. Fair warning it is located in an area that's very dark at night so be on high alert. If coming from Hagerstown it will be on your left, if Frederick your right.

We called ahead to hopefully get a table and we had success on Saturday…read more The staff is always outstanding and provides exceptional service. Very attentive and friendly. The restaurant is always extremely clean and decorated very nicely. They have a very nice menu and the food selections are perfect. We ended up going with the steaks and I ended up getting the steak and shrimp dinner and as always, the food comes out steaming hot very well prepared to perfection in our steaks you could not ask for it being better prepared. They just melted in your mouth. I had to come back and edit my review. I almost forgot about their French onion soup, which is amazing. This is a very nice restaurant it's been around for ages and you can tell that the owner and the staff take a lot of pride and maintaining such a high quality atmosphere and service. We look forward to coming back here on a Friday night to wearing length to try their various seafood platters which we heard are simply outstanding. Thank you for a very nice evening dining at your establishment. We look forward to dining there again.

We absolutely love this restaurant! They absolutely have the best steaks, done to perfection!…read more Yes, you may pay a bit more than some of the area steakhouses, which we do frequent and do enjoy as well, but the steaks here are just "top notch." The quality of their steaks is excellent and, as said, they are always cooked to perfection, so juicy and flavorful. My husband loves their steak and shrimp combo! The service is also "top notch". They are always so accommodating/friendly. Our waitress answered a question for us about seafood during the Lent season. They have a broiled or fried seafood platter (always on the menu) which she says is a big seller, also a fried fish dinner on a Saturday. The atmosphere is very nice, always so clean. Has an "old school" dining experience feel. As always, we will be back!!!!

Service was a little slow but it was a concert night (it just seemed understaffed)…read more but our server was friendly and very kind. They boast whiskeys from around the world and my friend ordered a unique cocktail - Bananas Foster Old Fashioned. The bar food was really good- the wings were my fave- fried but not breaded. The pretzel was so filling - meats and cheeses - like a charcuterie board. It was a great first and last stop to our concert night! It closes at midnight- wish it would stay open until 1 on concert nights.

We stopped at the Iberian Lounge shortly after checking in to unwind before settling into our room…read more- at least that's what I told my friend since I needed to stall her while her bachelorette party festivities were being set up. I thought this was an ideal spot, so off we went. Iberian Lounge is located on the second floor of the hotel, off the fountain lobby across from Trevi 5. The space is kinda large for a lounge - they have a mixture of tables with soft furniture, a couple of couches, and stools at the bar. The decor has a somewhat Spanish theme (hence the name), and it matches the former hotel lobby it sits off of. In addition to the obligatory drinks, the lounge also serves food. We were gonna eat later, though, so we opted to just have the former. I was in Hershey so I wanted to try one of their signature drinks so I went with their Hershey's Kiss Signature Martini. This kinda blew my mind if I'm being honest - the drink was clear like a martini but it tasted so much like a Hershey's Kiss - my mind couldn't comprehend this as i consumed the delicious sips. Service was great, everyone was friendly and our drinks came out promptly. Overall, I had a great experience at Iberian Lounge - the drinks were fun, and the atmosphere was comfortable. This is an ideal place to chill while at Hotel Hershey.
