My wife ordered Ruben with chips and got fries instead. No ketchup for the fries. During the 1.25 hour wait the server never checked on us to see if we needed more drinks. Daughter's steak was served cold instead of medium well. Server never checked on us after food was served. When the bill came it was charged to a different members account instead of the correct one.
