(He would mention this damn potato the rest of our vacation to anyone that would listen!) One quibble: giving us really whack (dull) knives for two dishes that most definitely needed a sharp/serrated blade. (And of course this was the one time none of the staff entered our orbit to ask/complain for something a bit more effective than a darn dessert knife.) Regardless: a (most) memorable dinner.
