The first thing that impressed me was the ample parking. The restaurant also has a small private beach area for customers, along with a great bar area overlooking the water. The property is handicap accessible with both ramps and stairs, making it easy for everyone to enjoy. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Assistant Manager Taylor. He made me feel extremely welcome and even recommended a lunch item from the menu. I took his advice and ordered the Pork Ribeye Sandwich, and it was absolutely amazing. On the side, I had a salad with their homemade ranch dressing. Without a doubt, this is some of the best ranch dressing I have ever had. The bartender, Cody, was outstanding as well. I tried the Lime Margarita, Blackberry Mojito, and the Strawberry Basil drink. Every one of them was fantastic. You can tell this is a place that people genuinely enjoy working at. The staff were friendly, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the customers all seemed happy to be there. It's rare to find a restaurant that gets everything right, but Avenue Pub comes very close. If you're anywhere near Orange Beach, I highly recommend giving this place a try. I'll definitely be back.

Mike literally got out of bed in the middle of the night and drove me and my Labrador 45 minutes each way so I could get a spare key and make it safely back home. Both Josh and Mike showed an incredible level of kindness that I'll never forget. I was shocked by her behavior over this. The bartender was polite and even offered a bowl of water. Very disappointed that an owner could be so oblivious or the laws and treat people the way she did. Won't go there again. Not worth the drama.
