From the moment you walk in, Sara greets you with the biggest smile. Brooke is just as genuine and helpful! The ladies at the front are helpful, kind and prompt. I feel special coming into the office, which is saying something because my skin scares me! Erin Brimhall is truly one of a kind. She doesn't not take my worries and brush them off. She biopsies the spots I don't like as well as which ones she doesn't like. She tracks concerning ones and monitors them which gives me peace. She has removed atypical spots and found in situ melanoma. I have continued seeing her every three months for skin checks and it allows me some comfort in knowing she is doing to the hard part while I protect my skin. Dr. Harrington has done two excisions for me. One, Mohs surgery with clean boundaries and only one pass through for removal. He completed an excision today for an atypical mole that we didn't want to keep around. I cannot speak more highly of his bedside manner and care in completing the excision for me. Naomi was so great helping him, making me feel comfortable and distracting me while I talked the ENTIRE TIME! Also behind my favorite physical therapist, chiropractor and massage therapist, Chiro 1st. The office is nice and modern, well appointed and decorated. The waiting area is a private room away from the front door, which is a nice touch. I waited an entire two minutes before being seen by the doctor. He's very upbeat, patient and thoughtful. Also has a sense of humor which is important to me. His staff is also very friendly but all business too. You can pay you copay online the day before your appointment and it's very easy. That is cool. Lots of paper work and it was just easier to print out and use a device called a "pen" to write by hand the answers to the questions they asked. You can also answer some online but he will refer to what you write on your first visit. So that is a good time to convey what you want him to know. You may not remember everything when consulting with him. I hope I don't have to see a lot of this doctor in the future but if you're in the market for a general surgeon, this is worth checking out. When I arrived, Pam took my information and co-pay and asked me to have a seat in the waiting room. Pam is efficient, polite and a pleasure to deal with. I only waited 5 minutes past my appointment time before I was taken to an exam room by an assistant, Grace. Again, efficient and polite. The staff at WellAve is awesome. After a few minutes, Erin Brimhall, came in to perform the exam. She quickly diagnosed this gross thing on my neck and froze it off right then and there. I also have some weird thing going on with my arms. Erin recommended a steroid tape and told me how much my pharmacy would probably charge - $55 (she was correct, BTW). She told me if it was $55 and I didn't want to pay that much, she could prescribe a less expensive medication and to just let her know if I wanted to go that route. Erin first recommended the tape because it's way easier to work with than the topical cream. Good recommendation. She asked that I follow up in 6 weeks so she could check that gross thing on my neck again. Erin has a terrific bedside manner and doesn't rush through the exam. She takes time to be thorough and answers your questions. Back to Pam, who found me an appointment 6 weeks out at a convenient time. These people get it. When you make an appointment, you expect to be taken as close to your appointment time as possible. So many other practices just don't seem to care if they waste your time. Add the promptness to the capable, efficient and polite staff, and you've found the best dermatology practice in the area.

If you are a patient here, please scrutinize every invoice you receive very carefully. I could write a book on how many times I've been double billed for a procedure, been charged for a procedure that I shouldn't have been charged for, and finally, an invoice I paid in their office back in April that I continue to receive every month. No one in their billing office can seem to make this problem go away and there's just no excuse for that. I had billing issues with them back in 2019 also. Please, please beware and scrutinize all charges on all invoices you receive from this facility.

Then when Annapath got it, they do nothing and forwarded the sample to another company called AccessGenetics then charged me again for forwarding the sample. When the sample got to AccessGenetics they charge me again for the lab works. So 4 times for the same work.
