We like the aspect that they have family dining until 9pm everyday and then the bar is separated except for after 9. They have a popcorn machine for while your drinking and waiting for food. They have corn hole set up right now but looks like soon they will have pool tables set up. It was delicious, but a little light on the booze. It was only $5 and change, though, so it's kind of like what do you expect, really. It was a nice drink to sip slowly while I sat in the small, cozy bar. Speaking of bar aesthetics: Snug lives up to its name. It's tiny and dark but inviting. It feels like stepping into a hug. But that appreciation ended last night when bar management decided that keeping things quiet was more important than dealing with an assault and battery that happened at the bar. If the genders and races in the situation had been reversed, my friend would still be in jail right now, while the harasser in this situation got to finish out their night feeling good about getting away with what they've done. Someone reserving your bar for an event does not magically get the right to assault and batter someone.
