When our flight was delayed by 8 hours and we arrive at O'Hare at 2:30 am it was so great to call and hear that our driver was waiting for us on a cold February night. Driver was courteous and had us home and me in be by 3:15am. Office staff was great handling our call from Mexico and reassuring us that someone would be there when we got in. The pick up the week before was prompt at 5:30 am and delivered us quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend them. I have been dealing with them for oer 40 years and always pleased. read more

We were stranded at O'Hare because O'Hare-Midway limousine service entered our return transportation on 6/9 instead of 5/12. And when we called to be picked up we were told that they did not have any way of getting us home, and that they had no way to make it right. We were on our own. Their service used to be much better. Could this be coincidence, or is this a disgruntled employee trying to get rid of a negative review? DO NOT support a company that employs scare tactics on dissatisfied customers. We have used this company on 3 trips to and from O'Hare, Sept 2013, Sept 2014 to and from. Each trip the drivers were excellent, courteous, well mannered and fun to drive with. They were on time, cars were very clean and we were delivered to our destinations promptly without fanfare. Uber is great within the city, short trips, but Airport to Hotel these are the folks you want to use. We have been using O'hare Midway off and on for several years. Called today to have a pick up for my son in law going to O'Hare. When the time for pick up came no car showed up. I called after waiting 10 minutes and they said they made a mistake and had scheduled the pick up for tomorrow and were very sorry. Bottom line we had to rush to take him to the airport as they didn't have a car available soon enough. All the said was we are sorry, no offer of any thing to compensate or other ways of showing they were concerned. I was furious and will never use them again. Used these guys for years and now will say that they just lost a customer. Customer service was horrible. I've since done plenty of research and there are multiple limo companies that charge almost 40% less for the same quality of service. This is very unfortunate. For such a repeat customer both in by business as well as personal you would think they would be more accomodating. read more

Anytime I need a ride to O'Hare these are the people I call. They've always been clean, polite and on time (in most cases early!). The only problem is that on occasion the drivers do not have the best English skills and are hard to understand, but I think this is probably true across the board, and not limited to O-M. They have a website that allows for online reservations as well. I've never had to wait more than 15-20 minutes at an arriving terminal to catch my ride back home. read more

I have used this limousine company on several occasions and every time they are very punctual, a few minutes early. The drivers are always courteous, opening the doors and polite. The cars are very clean and well kept. I used them personally last week for the evening. I had a friend in town and we wanted to do a number of things in an evening. It was so nice to have a driver and not worry about crabbing a cab. And I loved our driver he was great! I have used this service many times over the last several years and have mostly been happy with their service. My ride from the airport to my home on Thursday afternoon was not consistent with my past experiences. I called for pickup and they gave me car number 14 and location for pickup as 1E and told me it would be about 10 min. As I was going out of the airport, I noticed that the door numbers from International flights started with 5 and not 1 which meant I was a far way from the terminal I was to be picked up at. My coworker was on the phone with the limo service to pick him up so I had him ask to confirm the location and they indicated the car would be there in 5-8 minutes and cited again car 14 and that his limo would be there in 8-10 min. His car picked him up, others around me were picked up (3 rotations of people were picked up that came after me) so I called the limo service again to see why car 14 was not there yet and to ensure I was at the right location. I was told that the car had been changed to another car # and that they would be there in 5 minutes. (I had received no phone call or any other indication from the limo service that my car # had been changed.) 35 minutes after my initial call (time supported by my phone log) I called again and asked to speak to a manager. As I was on the phone to the manager, the limo finally came. I explained the situation to the manager and she offered no resolution to the problem to assure me that it would not happen again. I could have gotten a different car service and been home by the time the limo arrived to pick me up in this situation. The driver was very courteous and apologetic and provided a smooth ride home. I do not feel at all it was the driver's fault, but the dispatcher's. Update: The manager called me to apologize and told me that there was a mix-up at the dispatch causing this issue. Based on past service, I will consider this to be a one-time event at this point and continue to use their services. read more

I travel very frequently (2-3 times per month) for business and vacation trips, and strictly use O'hare-Midway limo. Been using them for about 5 years. In those 5 years I have never been late to the airport, always had friendly drivers, and never had a single bad experience. The cars are spotless, both inside and out... The few times that I've used different limo companies, the main thing that struck me was the dirty/poor quality of the cars and drivers, as well as the total lack of customer service. The price is about the same as a cab, but the quality and service level I get with this company always makes me feel like a millionaire. read more

Frequent Interminable waits at O'Hare -- waiting 25-30 minutes when told it would be 12-15, as others waiting much shorter times come and go. I am only giving 1 star because they were on time. I would not recommend this company for a wedding to anyone. The driver had no idea of the plan for the day when we had a contract that was in detail with what she needed to do. She had no idea that she needed to wait after she dropped us off at church and passed our venue and made a big u turn in the middle of the road.The driver was rude to our guests and wouldn't wait for them and just left at the exact time even we people asked her to wait.She had us walk in the rain to get on the shuttle. She was wandering around our venue 2 hours before she needed to be there. When we called to complain they told us she was new. That is not an excuse. All of my guests that took the shuttle from the hotel complained to me on how rude she was and that she was driving like a crazy person. read more

Full disclosure--I was a chauffeur with a contractor of this company. I worked for the contractor for several months, and it always astounded me to see not only the quality of passengers (most of who were excellent tippers!) but the quality of the vehicles. ALL of the vehicles are inspected weekly; if that vehicle didn't get inspected on its proper day, it was taken out of service by the dispatch center, until it was inspected at the corporate office. A little secret for future passengers...all of the chauffeurs pay for the own fuel out of their own pockets. If you can, give the chauffeur cash. They can issue you an official O'Hare-Midway receipt for whatever purpose you should need it for. Plus, the driver dosen't have to worry about having to fill the limo or sedan up with fuel at the end of the shift. Give O'Hare-Midway a try; you won't regret it! read more

The reservation staff is very professional. I travel all the time with OML both in Chicago and out of state/country and I have absolutely no complaints! I have often requested the same driver, even though the request is not garunteed because the drivers hours may change, dispatch always does their best to send me, my favorite driver! We used this company to get to and from Midway airport for our vacation the only issue I had was that while the driver was exactly on time to pick us up at my house had I not looked outside we wouldn't have known he was there, I had expect the driver to at least call or come to the door. Anyhow he handled our luggage with care and gave us a swift and comfortable ride to the airport. The car was very clean and in excellent condition (a Cadillac sedan) unlike many other limos I have recently rode in. For our return trip I contacted the number I was given on the reservation confirmation and the dispatcher told me exactly where to wait, the make of the car, and the license number as well as that the driver would arrive in 10 minutes. The driver did indeed arrive within that time frame at that spot (in a late-model Mercedes R350) and politely took our bags and drove us comfortably home. read more

I would like to say first, the drivers are super nice and professional. Cars are clean and on time. HOWEVER....when I booked I was given info on pick up time and size of vehicle and price. I was charged for the trip to the airport correctly. 2 days before our return we were charged that amount plus over $40 more, on a day that we were not even returning. My credit card flagged the charge since we were out of the country and they declined all further charges. Not a great thing to happen when you are traveling out of the country. My credit card company also called and texted to alert me to the fraudulent charge, but as I said, was out of the country and did not receive it. upon my return I called the company and asked about the charges. they said they always do a pre charge to cover the expense of the car....really....why wasn't that done on my initial trip to the airport??? and why didn't anyone tell me this when i booked the trip? so sorry, they should have...blah blah blah. we will let "customer service" know about this....so customer service calls me,and repeats the same line, "we charge ahead of time to cover blah blah blah...." I explained that my credit card was flagged because of this, and charges were declined while I was traveling out of the country and the "customer service" woman told me they would speak to the employee who did not communicate this correctly to me.... scammers, scammers, scammers....beware! read more

I felt the price was very fair, considering 6 passengers and a lot of bags and a double stroller. The driver on the way home unloaded the bags from the car and also put the bags into my family's cars for them. I would use this company again in a heartbeat. read more

This was THE WORST experience ever. I wanted to give zero stars but cannot do that. We had ordered a car for an early Saturday morning trip to the airport for our annual vacation. The car didn't show, so we called. Were told we would get a call back. We had to call again and were told the driver wasn't reachable. No offer to send another car or any sort of apology. By this point, we had to get the kids and luggage in the car or risk missing our flight. Once at the airport we had no choice but to do short-term parking. The driver who never showed eventually called and left a message saying she was sorry but had some car trouble. That was about 1.5 hours after our designated pick-up time! To pour salt in our wounds, this company has been AWFUL about covering our $300 parking bill, which we incurred solely because of their error and horrible communication. They simply offered us a free ride, as if we would ever use their services or rely on them again. We have urged our employers not to use O'Hare-Midway Limousine Service at all, costing them far more in business than the lousy $300 it would have cost to reimburse us. read more

I'm in the travel industry, and can no longer recommend O'Hare Midway to clients. I've have been taking limos to the airport many times a year for 30 years, and never had a situation where our driver literally forgot to put a suitcase in the car. We put suitcases in front of the door and asked him to put them in the car. He said ok, nodded, and then got distracted with the luggage in the garage. I even told him to put the suitcases I was handing him in the car before the luggage in the garage. He didn't do it. We didn't realize he left the luggage until we were at the airport, so I was extremely inconvenienced on the trip. It was too expensive to ship, so I got a few inexpensive clothes to cover the week. This was an enormous mistake, and mistakes can happen. But it was the truly most disappointing response from the client services that disgusted us. We had to call 3 times, they tried to offer us a voucher for future travel, and finally comped us one way. One way didn't even cover the costs I incurred. Be careful with these guys. read more

I WON'T USE ANYBODY ELSE WHILE I'M LIVING IN CHICAGO. The 3-star review is two-fold: It's the average between my experience while living in Chicago (5-star) and the experience I recently had in Washington DC (1-star). The reason I'm giving only three stars is because I recently booked a car on their OML Worldwide network for a pickup in Washington DC by one of their affiliates. I was more than displeased with the DC affiliate. The driver was very disorganized as he was late, didn't pick me up curb-side and had to park his oversized SUV vehicle in the parking garage B. Upon receiving my confirmation, I was told a driver will be there waiting for me with a sign. First of all, I didn't order this service, and it was an extra cost. What the hell! I had to wait for 5 minutes when usually in Chicago, they are there at the bottom of the escalators with their tablets and your name displayed. He wasn't there for 5 minutes - no driver waiting, no sign, nobody. When he did approach me, he showed me a sign with my name written in ballpoint pen on the back of an envelope. Really!!! He claimed his tablet died. Upon greeting me, he asked while walking up to me if I was waiting for a car. He didn't offer to carry my bags the entire WALK to his vehicle parked in the B garage - as we had to walk approximately 150 yards to an escalator, up a ramp with a moving sidewalk (but didn't use it), then up an elevator to the parking garage where he parked the vehicle - only to find he lead me to the wrong parking level because he forgot where he had parked the car. We got back into the elevator went down two levels and finally found the SUV. He didn't offer to put the bags in the back of the SUV. Upon arriving at the hotel, he didn't open my door while I was gathering my things, and he didn't reach in to unload my bags from the back. I did it all. This was the most absurd experience I have ever had with a car service. The whole reason why I ordered a car in the first place is because it was my first time in DC and didn't know where I was going or how any of the transportation systems worked; and I didn't want to be bothered with a cab, Uber, or the Metro (which I knew nothing about - at the time). Then I got the bill. Upon realizing how close the hotel actually was (I didn't make the reservation - approximately 6 minutes) away from Reagan airport, in Pentagon City, the bill was first posted at $119. Then I received a follow-up email with a revised cost of $125. Again - WHAT THE HELL! Word to the wise - and don't get me wrong - do your homework when reserving a car in another state. I will continue using O'Hare-Midway while I'm in Chicago and Milwaukee area, but I will definitely find another service or find out who the service is first. read more

I've used Ohare Limo in previous companies I've worked for and was OK with their service. Not super excited but ok just because the company used them before I came onboard. A recent experience, however, forced me to look elsewhere for limo service. I booked a ride for my CEO for a flight that would have landed in LGA but his flight never made it there. Instead they were diverted elsewhere due to weather. I was told that Ohare Limo staff monitors the flights but I was still charged for a ridiculous amount of $140 for a ride that never happened. I called to speak with a customer rep, she wasn't around so left message. a few days rolled by and no return call so I called back and asked for her. Finally flagged her down but she was cold and not helpful at all. Said they will still charge us even though we NEVER took the ride. Ridiculous. Never felt the need to write a review but this experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. read more
