And to make matters worse, Northeastern Eye Institute absolutely refuses to discuss with me. I've been given the run around and ignored. Was told on the phone I'd get call backs. No calls. Tried to message via facebook and their website. No surprise no contact there either. My family and I had been going there for years, but we will not be returning and definitely not recommending.

Eventually, Domiano Eye Care submitted this incorrect co-pay charge to a collection agency because I correctly refused to pay this incorrect charge. In the three years since this horrible visit, I have seen other eye care specialists and have never been charged a co-pay for the exact same diabetic eye care exam with the exact same health insurance.
