His name was Skylar, and he was very friendly, and the process for changing the bulb only took like five minutes. I don't know much about cars, but Skylar was nice and patient in helping me. Even though I didn't purchase anything at this place, they still offered this service for free, and I appreciated that so much! AND they provided good service.
