This place is very friendly if they don't screw anything up but when they do, they will not take responsibility, they'll be rude, and even accuse you of lying. I came on exclusively for an emissions test and car registration. After dropping it off they called me to ask if I wanted to rotate the tires, do an oil change and change my brakes. I said sure. I came back to pick it up, paid $530 and only realized after they had closed that they didn't do my emissions and registration. The one thing I came for. So I bring it back the next day thinking they just forgot to give me the paperwork. Nope they didn't do it and told me to get in line behind everyone else in the queue. I drop it off again and ask for some kind of discount now that I'm up to $600. The manager says they can't remember that I came for emissions so they have to take the word of the guy who rang me up over mine. Cool. I end up with a $10 discount which is 1.6% for wasting over an hour of my time and messing up my order. TLDR; I ordered an emissions and registration, they didn't do it, I spent $600, they blame me for their mistake, and I get 1.6% off my bill. UPDATE: It turns out they botched the brake job on my rear right tire. I suddenly became aware of a grinding noise as I turn down the music on my way back home from Salt Lake. The grinding got so bad and my brakes got so finicky that I had to leave my car in American Fork and get an Uber back to my home in Orem. This has literally been the worst experience I've ever had at a store. UPDATE 2: So it turns out the mechanic who installed my brakes finger-tightened the bolts. One bolt rattled loose and was lost, while the other one almost fell off. What caused the grinding and brake malfunctioning was the fact that my brakes were barely hanging by a thread and not held properly in place. And yes, I was very close to completely losing my brakes on the highway. Up to this point I've lost $800 in time from work and have spent $50 in Uber bills and gas driving back and forth. The regional manager for Jiffy Lube reached out to me, which I appreciated. But then I was offered a certificate for a free oil change to make up for everything. That doesn't even make up for the additional out-of-pocket costs that I've had to pay through this ordeal much less multiple days of lost work or putting my life in danger. I declined. UPDATE 3: So I had to get my car there myself but they redid my brakes since the bad installation ultimately caused damage to the new brakes, replaced the lost bold that rattled off, and issued me a partial refund. I appreciate the effort to meet me halfway so to speak. It may not fully be restitution for the problems and lost time and expenses but I'm happy to meet any business halfway that's willing to try. I'm updating the review star rating to reflect that. Hopefully it was just the combination of a few people having a bad day. Fortunately my brakes didn't completely detach from my car and I was not physically harmed. I'm going to give the benefit of the doubt since a real effort was made in the end to true up a reasonable portion of the negative consequences of the situation. read more

I am super impressed, I am here from out of town and I brought in my son's car in because I thought it needed service. they told me the oil was clean and did not need to be changed. They topped off all the fluids and did an inspection for free and sent me on my way. Honest and helpful people got me in and out super fast! read more

Absolute WORST experience of my life. We went in for a tire rotation and oil change and left with an EXPLODING tire. They didn't tell us anything was wrong with the tire at all and sent me out the door with a tire that could explode at any minute. I can tell you that it was not like that before! We went back to address the situation and the manager was very confrontational. Very horrible experience- DO NOT GO HERE. read more

I am extremely disappointed. I went in for a oil change and tire rotation. The employee informed me that my coolant was leaking. I told him I was aware and had already spoken to my mechanic. He later came in to get my information. This was the first time he asked my name and he didn't care to remember it. Another employee was calling customers by name and very sociable so I was surprised by the diverse treatment. He repeated called me up to the counter using my cars brand and model. While checking out he informed me of a oil leak. My car has never leaked oil. My driveway up until this morning could prove it, now you couldn't tell. I have a worsened leak in my coolant, a new oil leak, surprisingly no leaves left on car (my guess is he cleaned them off and they *magically* appeared in my filter) I don't not recommend this location of JiffyLube. You'd have better success with YouTube, because YouTube doesn't charge to screw up your car. It's free! My recommendation to JiffyLube is better training and honesty. My recommendation for customers is go somewhere else. read more

I wanted to give this huff lube location a five star rating due to the attention to detail and caring for the customer attitude they gave me. Prior to come here I went to the dealership to get my truck serviced Jiffy lube found that the dealership stripped my oil pan drain plug stripped they showed me. They went out of their way to ensure to replace it and ensure everything was fixed prior to me leaving. I HIGHLY recommend this place to everyone I will for sure be back. The customer service at Jiffy Lube is typically pretty dang good no matter which location I go to. But this particular location really excels when it comes to customer service. There is one particular employee named Paul, whom I've had the pleasure of interacting with the last two times I've gone in to this location, and he could literally write the book on how to provide excellent customer service. I was there for oil changes both times, and both times he was excellent at updating me throughout my stay, letting me know what services are recommended for my cars based on the current mileages, and he couldn't have been more polite, friendly, and professional overall. By the way, their headlight cover cleaning service is superb. It was $35 plus tax and they turned some of the foggiest looking headlight covers I've seen in my life into headlight covers that looked brand new. It only took about 15 minutes, too. I would have done it myself, if I had the time. But with the time they saved me, and considering my lack of free time, it was well worth the $35. read more

Seriously idk what was up but everyone there did not want to be there it seemed like. Maybe it was just a bad day but I don't really trust this specific shop with most of the current staff. Had a couple instances that weren't big deals from them leaving the mileage sticker out of the car and then one of the shop guys getting confrontational with me about it and staring me down. Similar to a lot of the other reviews there for a total of 15 minutes from pull up to pull out (phrashing) and it was great. They were not trying to upsell me at all which is fabulous but recommended different things I should get. I said yes to one and no to the others and they were like whatever sign here. I came in for an oil change and safety/emissions test. I was told it would take 45-60 min, which would be just fine since that's how long I have for my lunch break. I'm usually in and out of jiffy lube in 15-20 minutes. I've now been waiting for 2 hours and 45 minutes and haven't been talked to about my car. Lady who took my car was not friendly either. Not sure if he was the manager or just an employee, but he obviously did not want to be there. Nothing wrong with having a bad day and I'm not the kind of person to give bad reviews because I get having a bad day. This manager, I think his name was John, Or it started with a J at least. He was extremely rude and condescending the entire time as if I was such an inconvenience to be paying them to do their job. They weren't even busy. It was time to pay for the services, and instead of handing me a stylus to sign for my card approval he reached across me to sign FOR me and hit accept. Hell no. Overall great service. Oil change service includes filling up your windshield wiper fluid, vacuuming floors, checking all the lights and fluids, check for leaks. I asked over phone how long an oil change would take and they told me 8 minutes. It was closer to 30 minutes but with everything they do it makes sense. I took my car in for an oil change and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The cashier offered more expensive oil and other services that were not necessary, but I did not feel pressured to accept them. The employees were very fast and cleaned my windows, vacuumed the interior, topped of the fluids that needed it, and let me know that they would top off the fluids again if I brought my car back before my next oil change! Plus, I had a coupon for fifteen dollars off of the oil change. All in all I am a very happy driver. read more

I live 20 minutes away and drive to this specific jiffy lube every time because they have the best service. They are so courteous and you can tell they aren't trying to rip you off or anything. They'll be upfront with you on whether you need new filters or other services done coming up in the next couple months to give you time to prepare/plan for the cost. I took my car to this jiffy lube to get a state inspection recently and everything seemed great until I drove to salt lake the next day and my transmission started to chug. So I pulled over and called a wrecker to take my car to a Subaru dealership. They looked it over and said that who ever checked my transmission fluid last was "incompetent". Jiffy lube put the plug in wrong and we drained more than half of our transmission fluid. I spent $70 on the wrecker, $180 on the dealership filling my transmission fluid up and running a diagnostics on the transmission, and about 3 hours cleaning transmission fluid off my drive way. When I called to tell jiffy lube what they did Broden said they couldn't confirm it was their fault, because they were not the first to check it. Because the rational thing to do when your transmission isn't working is take it jiffy lube Right? so they claimed they were not at fault. Even though the day after they cheeked my transmission I almost lost my transmission. Subaru even said without a doubt it was jiffy lubes fault. So after talking to Broden the manager he said he could only pay half. Which makes no sense because it wasnt half their fault. Broden was horrible to work with and I feel taken advantage of. go some where else to get your oil changed. read more
