Once I received that kit, it was incorrect for my truck and wasn't able to install. I contacted tech support via email and phone but no one got back to me. Regarding my issue. I was able to ask for a refund and waive some of the return fees but I am out money on having the ship this kit back. He was still helping the same customer. He finally looked up and asked me if he could help. I told him what I needed and asked if I could get someone to go into the yard with me as was their policy(by the sign I saw). He told me no and that he could not spare anyone to go into the yard.
