I called the store for an explanation, and was told "the computer" must have cancelled it, and to reorder on-line as they were in stock. I did. I arrived, and after a significant wait while they wandered around the store, I was told neither of my purchases were actually there. While I was waiting several other customers came in for help and were frustrated by the slow and bumbling service. Several left instead of waiting. I've ordered from other branches of Advanced Auto Parts, and been relatively pleased with the service, but will never be back to this disorganized, dirty mess of a store.

Battery Installation Gone Very Wrong!…read more Bought a battery for my 2015 Corolla here 10/10. The manager had what I think was a new hire (he looked very young) install my battery. Today 11/23 my car would not start. I had to call out and pay for roadside to start the car, turns out both of the terminals on the battery were super loose. There was a lot of grease and they were practically coming off. The technician tightened them for me. I could've been stranded somewhere because the employee at Autozone incorrectly installed my battery. I dont recommend buying a battery here for that reason.
