Battery Installation Gone Very Wrong! Bought a battery for my 2015 Corolla here 10/10. The manager had what I think was a new hire (he looked very young) install my battery. Today 11/23 my car would not start. I had to call out and pay for roadside to start the car, turns out both of the terminals on the battery were super loose. There was a lot of grease and they were practically coming off. The technician tightened them for me. I could've been stranded somewhere because the employee at Autozone incorrectly installed my battery. I dont recommend buying a battery here for that reason. read more

Went into Advanced Auto to find out what was needed to fix a tail light issue & purchase the necessary parts. Talking to the person behind the counter wasn't getting anywhere. The other, more knowledgeable person in the store, was asked to come outside to show him the issue. He refused & insisted the lesser experienced employee go instead even though he wasn't busy & knew the other person hadn't been able to help. Once outside, that person still had no clue so it was a complete waste of time. Driving by the same store a few minutes later, the guy, who had refused to help, was outside looking at a car for a male customer. I suggest if you are a woman, don't bother going there. You will not be treated with respect. I recommend you go somewhere else. read more

Visited the other day because my battery was low, I accidentally left the accessory on overnight. I wanted to get it tested and charged. I was helped by Elle, she took a look, tested it and found a plan. Even with a few bumps in the road, several cables hooked up to the battery she was determined to get it done. We thought we could just hook it up to a portable charger but they don't carry. So she noticed my battery was probably still under warranty, checked and she suggested to replace it instead of trying to charge it and wait. The process to remove and replace was labor intensive but she was quick and efficient. Always had a good attitude and kind. Thanks for rescuing me from a day of a dead battery! read more

Bought a new battery from here august 09 2021 have a 2 year warranty and they told me they could change my battery get there they try to change it but my battery was being held down by something else 5 minutes go buy the boy still trying to change it tells me he can't change it tried to ask him questions he's literally walking away from me because he has no answer on why he can't change my battery , a girl over hears me talking that they all ignoring me and says the policy change and can't change it because my battery has some computer attached and they can't do it , but remind you i got changed there the first time when i first bout a new battery Well i go to another auto zone associated with them and they said no policy change and they changed my battery for me in 10 minutes NO PROBLEM Employees if you don't know how to do something tell someone instead of not helping customer Apopka location needs more professional employees read more

I've been using AutoZone for many years and more so the past few years because they would price match online products as long as the warranty and product was the same as the in store parts. The apopka management says they have never done price matching which is complete bullshit because I've done it at this location several times... I was advised AutoZone started price matching because they was losing to much business to the internet. I placed my order online in front of the manager(s) both the Spanish looking guy and Spanish looking lady ... So back to paying some 3rd world countries my money since AutoZone don't want it.
