My TPMS light kept coming on, and my brakes were squeaking when backing up and shaking when stopping. I first brought my car to Firestone in mid‑December 2025 for the TPMS issue, and they said they fixed the right front sensor. Over the Christmas/New Year holiday, the light came back on. I returned in January, and they claimed the issue was a loose sensor they had tightened. The following month, I went back again for the brake issue and asked them to recheck the TPMS. They told me only the rear brakes needed work and insisted the TPMS was fine. When I asked about the front brakes, I was told they were "tight" and didn't need replacement. A few weeks later, the TPMS light came back on yet again. I returned and specifically asked them to check all sensors. They said everything was fine. That same day, after driving on the highway, the light came back on. At that point, I no longer trusted their assessment. I went to another mechanic and didn't give any backstory--just asked for a full analysis. I paid $300 for the diagnostic. The verdict: additional TPMS sensors needed replacement, and my front brakes were stripped and urgently needed to be replaced. This was extremely frustrating because Firestone had told me the front brakes were "nice and tight" and that the TPMS system was fine. I ended up paying twice for issues they claimed to have fixed. I'm deeply disappointed and will no longer be taking my vehicles to Firestone. I advise others to be cautious.

Ended up replacing one of the heads, doing the gaskets, timing belt, and sorted sorted out a fuel leak and electrical issue I had for an incredibly reasonable price. Car runs great now.
