The staff has lied to us every single time I have ever gone here even if it's with an old lady with a walker to help her save some money. They trick you into coming in by telling you a fair price estimate over the phone for something basic like an old yellowed out headlight ($12-15) and then once you get there, remove it and go to check out the price triples if not quadruples and it's almost as expensive as ordering a new part online!!! Today they did it to me again and instead of the $12 price they told me over the phone the guy behind the counter wanted nearly $40!!! That's absurd for an old yellowed out headlight that needs to be restored. Then to top everything off they refused to let my girl walk with me without paying even though she's tiny and has never worked on a car in her life.
