The credit was honored, one of the managers stopped by everyone that was waiting for their cars to make sure their expectations were met and that they were satisfied. When the manager came to me , I said my only concern was that I would like a water however they were currently out. The manager went to the back and brought me an ice cold water. It was much needed in 104 degree heat. Any other store (including the one that messed up in the first place ) would have brushed me off 15 minutes before closing but this location really did their best to take care of me and I'm very grateful. After checking my truck over, the only conclusion was that something was wrong with the tires. A different and reputable tire shop I've dealt with for years confirmed these tires are in terrible condition after only three months, and even took pictures of them to post on their social media to warn others. These pros that have also been in the business a very long time have never even heard of this brand. I've never experienced this with multiple brands I've purchased in the past, and spent about the same amount of money on them. I gave Firebird an opportunity to make things right and prorate these tires but they refused. I will never go back.

They also fabricated side exits through the rear quarters just behind the rear wheels. Overall, the quality of the work is good, and I'm happy with how the exhaust turned out. The only minor issue was that they left more of the exhaust hanger material than necessary, but they were trying to finish the job at the end of the day so I could pick the car up before they closed. I was able to trim it myself without any issues. They are definitely on the pricier side, but the workmanship, customer service, and overall experience were worth it.
