Terrible communication, nothing in stock. Ordered and paid for product weeks ago, no calls to let me know why it was taking so long. When I stop in, still can't give me an answer. When the product came in it was missing parts and I'm told it's out of their hands, corporate issue. Sales staff either didn't know what to say or were rude and blame shifting to the supplier. I had ordered a bed-liner for my new truck and was told it would be in next week.Fine, I waited till the following week to call since I hadn't heard anything. I left messages on 2 different days with my name,phone,and product I expected.Finally on third time calling I got a person saying it was in and they tried calling.The day they said, I had no incoming calls.He seemed put off when I said they either misdialed or didn't call. I asked if they leave voicemails when someone doesn't answer and he just shrugged.They were training a new person so I hope she heard the conversation so she knows what she's getting into.The product is fine but communication and people skills lacking big time.They also gave me a lame excuse for not giving me the discount from THE INITIALS GAME on KFAN which was my reason for going in the first place.Thanks read more

Bought a topper in August of 2021 the windows leaked. they ordered new windows. It's now may of 2022. Never called or updated on windows. Always had to call them. Still no windows. Iwould think again when dealing with these people. read more

I drove over a couple cities to this place when needed some new stuff for my truck. I heard their ads on radio during morning Minnesota Vikings news and wanted to support a local business. The pricing was fair but maybe a little overpriced but that is not the issue. From the moment I placed an order with them I started to regret it more and more. First they said I had to come back to do the install and then they wanted me to pre-pay 50% which I did. I came back and they did the install and found out AFTER they installed the wrong color item. NEXT I noticed they did some damage to my truck during the install. Now a couple months later I'm having problems with the items installed making noise/coming loose. So all in all they DID complete the work but did have issues every step of the way. Would I say they are the worst company ever...NO. They were adequate but they struggled with every step of the way with the process and I could not recommend them and would suggest keep driving to Hooze or another business instead of going here. read more

I signed up for YELP just to give this place a review. I had such a bad experience that even 17 years later I am posting this review. It all started when I was 19 years old and had a new truck. I spent all my money on it and could not afford much. I purchased a Lund bug shield from this place and spent extra to have the lifetime warranty. I asked the sales person and he said no matter what they would honor the warranty. He said I could even drop it, pretty much purposely break it and they would replace it. So 2 weeks later I walk by my Truck and find a piece broken off in the parking lot. I took it in and they denied me. Not only that they called me a liar(and were very verbal about it) and I was heart broken. I left with a broken piece of crap. Luckily my dad called the manufacturer that was located close by I think in Andover. The owner had me come out there and replaced it no questions asked..He was very nice and told me that places like Radco that treat customers like that are an embarrassment to him and his product. I for the past 17 years has been an advocate against this place and will go out of my way to detour business to anywhere else and go threw great lengths to do so. Not only was the guy who assisted me extremely helpful, I got my cover ordered and am getting it installed - all well within the 3-5 day turnaround time they explained was necessary for ordering my cover and having it delivered. read more

If you like good customer service and a knowledgeable staff, then this is not the place for you. We had a tracRac system put on our truck and it never worked correctly from the get go. It was always jammed and wouldn't slide the right way. By the time I brought it in, it had cracked in the location where it was stuck. They claim it's my fault and there must have been a collision or too much weight on top, which neither are true. It's how they installed it that was the problem. Now I have to throw them out. If you have them work on your truck, do not expect them to fix anything that they do wrong because they won't take blame for it. Radco's slogan is "if your truck looks good, you look good". I like to think if you treat your customers good, then you look good. I don't think they agree with that so DO NOT bother with this company read more

They Take your Money gladly and Then Don't communicate when they can get The Job completed ! Beware!! I ordered a new lock for my Leer cap. When I arrived to pickup was told the adhesive on the back was messed up so it would be a few minutes while they replaced it. As I was installing the lock i noted rust on it and further examined the keys to find they were worn. I called to complain and the sales gave me some BS about how it could have happened. He claimed to be the manager and was the one who knowingly sold the used piece to me at the new price. It is less about the 40 dollar latch and more about lying to me.
