With minimal car knowledge I felt like I always am over charged or pressured, rather than actually helped. This was not the case at Buerkle Honda. I was helped right away by Amanda and she was so kind, helpful and patient with me. She gave me options on what works best for my needs, not what benefitted her the most. Val went right to work on helping me finance the vehicle, finding me the best rate through a credit union and explaining the loan and best way to tackle payments. It felt like for once the sales team had my best interest and wanted to make this experience great. I am in love with my pre-owned GMC Canyon and feel like I was able to get it at a fair price with terms I can manage. Also, the service team was also great in thoroughly looking over the truck to ensure everything was looking good. Upon completion of the service, she did not go over what diagnostic tests were performed on the issues I reported, nor did she review the results or offer to answer any questions, until I had to wait in line again to get these answers, reluctantly given. More concerning, I later discovered that a specific test she claimed was performed was in fact not done. This lack of honesty and communication has caused me to lose confidence in the service I received. This is contrary to how the other dealerships treated me.

They said I had to get a new tire so I was done trying to argue with some illogical adult children, so I payed it. I would stay far away from Goodyear! He was supposed to fix everything (Hood, drivers side) but we agreed he would not repair the damage up on the roof where it wasn't visible. They called to say the hood was a problem, and would not be repairable. He wanted to replace the hood with a new hood at an additional charge of $2,500. I said no. He repaired the agreed to damage other than the hood, but still charged me $1,400 more than the original estimate. I complained that the bill was higher than the original estimate, and not all the agreed work was done. Clearly, at least $1,000 should have been reduced from the bill. They refused to understand, and refused to reduce the bill. They demanded more than the original amount. A rating of 1 is too high for them.

Chose not to call... if you have an option for a website submission, then you need to respond in a timely fashion. If you're unable to consistently do so, maybe shouldn't have that option available to customers. Went with Safelite instead.
