I came here when passing by to buy couple lights for my wife's vehicle. she has a Chevy spark. and…read moreone of the brake lights and a head light was out. fortunately they got both so I was able to buy what I need from here. staff are willing to help you. a gentleman got out to help me and see what's going on exactly. then checked their inventory and brought it to me. The head light you can buy one but brake lights come in pair. so the package includes two lights. I paid for all $26.00 bucks which I think is not that bad. the only issue this location has now is they have some construction around the building you can not get in there from the second driveway as is blocked with bands. so watch up to don't miss it.

The mechanic, Willie, was rude and appeared frustrated, tried to pressure me about brakes I didn't request, and repeatedly called me approximately four times back-to-back, even texting me while I was still at the shop -- luckily, I keep unknown callers on silent. They put the wrong oil (5W20 instead of the required 0W20, which is stamped on my oil cap) into my car without asking. I immediately called my usual mechanic, who confirmed that using the wrong viscosity can damage my engine. The oil filter was changed at the same time, meaning it now contains the wrong oil and should be replaced again, but the shop refused to do so. To make matters worse, the owner (I assume) tried to grab my receipt and nervously laughed when I took a picture documenting the mistake. They even left my car running with the windows down after the error was "corrected," creating a safety risk. This shop is careless, disrespectful, and clearly assumes women customers don't know anything about their cars. Women are fully capable of reading manufacturer recommendations and recognizing when something isn't right. I will never return and strongly caution others. I now have to closely monitor my vehicle to ensure it was corrected properly. Willie claimed he was "trying to help," but disregarding manufacturer recommendations is completely unacceptable. For the safety of both your vehicle and your sanity, I strongly advise going somewhere else.

No, I did not inform the manager that we have a large corporate account. That should not matter. Either you offer the service or you don't! And of the four counter people only two were with customers... I love our O'Reilly's in Ville Platte, LA!!!
