I called a day before i could get there to see if I had to schedule. A lady took my ipad info so they could have the glass in stock. I was told it would take a couple hours since the Ipad had not been opened. They had the iphone glass in stock. When I arrived, they went to work on the ipad right away. I had planned to have lunch and work on my laptop, They pointed me towards Little Greek which had a great Greek salad with meat on top. They finished the ipad within 2 hours and it had better glass than new. I then waited the short time for the iphone. The tech showed me that the camera was defective. I did not know if that was a glass problem or another problem. He had a new camera in stock and replaced it in short order. That was much needed as I am doing more videos now and thought i would have to wait for Apple to reopen their stores. Honest, intelligent and timely. Thank you kindly for your integrity and diligence.

Unfortunately, the new battery failed to perform as expected, depleting within an hour. I contacted the company in December and returned to them in January--well within the warranty period. At that time, Juan assured me the issue was resolved and advised that if the problem recurred, I should bring the device back. Regrettably, the iPad continued to behave as if it still had its original battery, draining quickly even with notifications turned off and no apps running. When I called today to inform Juan of my decision to return the device, he refused to take responsibility for the defective battery and declined to honor the warranty. Instead, he insisted that I pay for another battery replacement. Given that this is the second time I have received a defective battery, I find it unacceptable that the company expects me to pay again for a product they provided despite knowing it was faulty. I am extremely disappointed with their service and cannot, in good conscience, recommend their business. If it were possible, I would rate this experience a -10.

(They have a work area in the back) I had never done it and he didnt want it done in the store. I told him that I bought it here and it would be good customer service to help with installing it. As I stated, I had not done it before. He said thats not part of the deal and that its not the policy of Oreilly to handle caustic substances. I walked outside and on the sidewalk installed the acid using the directions. Turns out it was quite simple. and put the plastic cover over the holes. The label said it needed to be trickle charged also. Directions said to let it sit for 20 minutes before charging. I went back in with the battery and asked for a trickle charge and not to start for 20 minutes showing him the instructions in the pamphlet. The young man i spoke to took it back to the back. They started charging it in the back and he came out and said it will be ready in 20 minutes. I said NO its supposed to sit for 20 minutes before you begin the trickle charge. (remember i even showed him the instructions before he carried it back to the work area) Fortunately the young black man there looked over the directions with me and saw how long to trickle charge it. He agreed to wait 20 minutes to begin the process. I cant tell you how disappointed I was with the refusal of the technician who refused to do a simple task to help me install the acid in the battery i bought from them (again i had never done it). Lesson: Dont count on customer service at OReilly Auto Parts. Wish I had gone across the street to Auto Zone or NAPA. Was it worth losing a customer for life? I wont be back.

I passed on their suggestion as I want to get what the mfg uses. I appreciate the extra effort to serve a customer just not this time for a unique. My understanding the process should have been the first place should call and confirm the second site had the required battery and what was going to be expected. They had not. So, this place took control and satisfied my warranty and was very pleasant to work with. Too bad they are not closer or this would be my go to place for battery needs.
