When contacted about it they say it's our fault for using too much pressure to adjust the mirror (as though great pressure is necessary to move the mirror) and was also told that it is impossible that either the windshield or their installation were faulty. These guys were happy to help her and ran a diagnostics test and then gave some advice and sold me some parts. The most impressive thing took place at the register when I went to check out. I am a rewards member with them, and I had enough credit to pay for the items that I needed to get to repair my daughters car!
