We haul horses professionally and have needed to get some new tires on our truck. We are rarely unloaded and for the past few weeks we've been told "out of stock, we can't get that tire for 3-5days." So when the Pontiac location said this location had 4 tires available, we called them immediately and asked them if there was any way to get our big rig down there before they closed. They said "just get here asap, we will figure something out." So we got out right rolling and pulled in with almost an hour left in their day before they closed. So often, we find a tire places who won't add an additional project like ours in without a day+ to schedule AND then it's a matter of tire availability. We get it, it's a heavy duty tire and we aren't normal customers. Today we were in a huge bind and these guys swooped in and absolutely saved the day! They got us 3 new tires on and sent us on our way. Oh, and did I mention that their prices were $100's less than other places! I just had a quote for 2 of these tires at $700, they sold us these three for $130 more... easily saving us $200!!! Which was so appreciated! We are so thankful for the quality of tires they had in stock, their willingness to go above and beyond for us, and how understanding and kind they all were to us! The guy from the original store even called while we were there to check on us and make sure we were taken care of! We love places like this and absolutely will sing praises when they are due, I can assure this place deserves it! Thank you Ron and the rest of the crew for taking care of us!

They have a ton of common cars in their lot. I drive a Focus, and they have probably over a dozen in their lot. So, this is the first place I go to when I need a new part. Most of the time, they will pull the part for you and have it waiting at the counter. Sometimes, you can just go back in the lot and get the parts yourself. All of their parts are very cheap and functional. I bought two tires/rims for $70, and they've lasted almost a year now. I also bought a $50 alternator and a myriad of other replacement items. On 7/10, I call and check to see when would I likely receive my car back from service and I was informed by Mark, one of the service workers, that I didn't in fact have an appointment. I then proceed to talk to Will, the service manager, and he then tells me I actually had an appointment scheduled for Tuesday. I then request a confirmation of an appointment and they apparently don't have a way of confirming appointments? I get called on Tuesday and was informed that the 200 dollar fee was now close to 600. I was not informed about that when I initially scheduled the appointment, and was baffled that at no point in time was I informed of the complete cost of the service. I spoke with my friend Will again and his only solution was to take the new part out and put the old, failed part in. The final straw came when I went to go pick up my car. I had requested that after the servicing, to have my car locked with the key inside. I get there and, as pictured, my key was clearly visible, and the doors were NOT locked. Needless to say, I won't be returning to this "Fine" establishment.
