Got a call at 2:20 saying my vehicle had been inspected and there were a few things off with it, but it would be done soon. Showed up at 2:50 and the car wasn't close to being finished and ended up being done at 3:45. Was charged an additional inspection fee for something I did not ask for as well as being asked no discount for it taking 7 1/2 hours for something that should maybe take 30 to 45 minutes. When I asked about it all this, I was told I wouldn't get my keys back.

I verified that this car falls into that category. Sales rep said yes. My dad also verified and got the same answer. So I didn't think much of it. As now as I am having terrible time with my car and called them and they are ignoring me I resort to going back into my paperwork. I there I find that my car is now an as is deal. Which sucks because I don't remember signing that portion and how the sales rep would continue to flip the iPad away and only show it to me when I had to sign and of course everything is digital so I can look at it and deny it. Play the safe card and STAY AWAY FROM HERE
