They don't seem to value customer service and making it affordable, even if you are a repeated customer! There's a manager there who seems to charge you out of the wahzoo. She is very strict in making sure she catches all the 10 pieces to your one part. It is getting ridiculously expensive and unreasonable the way they find ways to tack on charges. What is wrong is where they don't ask you what part of the vehicle it is before just assuming and charging you what they feel is correct. Oh and they don't read back what they charge you for before you pay, before you know it you are charged 15 items when you only purchased 3 parts. Seriously, they find ways to slip in charges without you knowing. Be careful when buying from this junk yard and make sure you understand your parts and question your bill before you pay. I had an issue with what I…read morethought was my front left brake pad being worn out, but Shawn helped me deduce that it was actually my back left, figured out with me what to do to get the issue resolved, which is due to a motorized parking brake issue with this year of my car. Sergio was awesome with helping me return the brake pads I got, and made sure I knew the proper course of action to continue. He proceeded to walk over to grab the device and demanded I pop my hood immediately because he was the only one in the store and needed to hurry. I stated to him that I did unlock my hood, but then interrupted me and said "no you didn't, I watched you come in! Can you please go open your hood now!" I looked at him like he was crazy. I went over there by myself noticed they had a few different types of bolts and went back to the counter, to see if the other associate could look them up for me. she was not able to find them and asked Drew for some help and Drew told me they were all the same. I told him they are not the same third different sizes. We walked over. He looked at them and pointed at some and said, diesel fit most vehicles , I said, but I want to fit my vehicle. He pointed some other ones that were metric that had a smaller thread. I said, I don't want to ruin the vehicle in the wrong parts. That's why I was asking your associate at the front counter to try to look them up. He said the computer will not tell us that... I thanked him for his lack of assistance and left. Came in to get my subs bumping again was told a capacitor would fix my problems by these guys I go…read morethere and they find out I 1 subwoofer is blown so they continue to install the cap without notifying me what they found so I bought the darn capacitor and had it installed for nothing and they knew it!!!! For $200!!!! crack head joe will do a better job. And on top of that now my sub amp and cap are being supplied power when the truck is off didn't have the problem before
