They pushed my order to say it was completed but I received a call explaining despite it saying completed they were waiting for 2 of the pieces to be delivered from another store and that they would call me again when it arrives. I appreciate them doing that. Once all the parts were there I went to pick them up, it was an easy and quick process. The next day when i went to return the old battery to be recycled we need a bolt we lost and asked for help and the guy working the counter flat out said he could not help/assist us and sat down. That was a bit disappointing but we found what we needed. I'd for sure adventure out to other auto part stores as I've always been helped or given some kind of assistance when I ask. Not the worst experience but could have been better.

Tom is wise in all things camper/motorhome/RV that everybody else seems to run away from when you have questions. Perhaps the best part is that they will come to you. We had them work on a pesky leak in the cabover of our class C. Painful as it was to hear, Tom showed us the horrible dry-rot from years of leaks. They rebuild the entire front-end and put a brand new roof on. It wasn't cheap, but likely less money than anybody else would have done it for; I've checked. Tom and his crew take pride in their work, rightfully proud of a job well done. Tom is a no-nonsense kind of guy. I by no means intend that to make it sounds like he's rude.. far from it. I like Tom. He's just one of those guys whose brain is wired to get to work on problems, and he has no time for chit-chat about other stuff. That's the kind of personality I want fixing issues that could otherwise turn a family vacation into hell. I have their number saved on my phone. Called Lemon Squad and paid the $330. 2 hours later the inspection began. Results were in my email 36 hours later. Inspector did a thorough job and included 72 pictures including one if the code scanner results. They also measured the tread depth of each tire and included all findings in an easy to ready report. Lemon Squad saved me the disappointment of flying to Illinois in winter to pick up a sports car only to learn the tires were barely legal after the dealer ad and salesperson repeatedly assured me that everything on the car was mint. The dealership has since refused to replace the tires (3/32nds) or discount their price as they are selling the 2001 Corvette Z06 with 22,000 miles as-is. Thank you, Lemon Squad, for helping a guy out.
