The customer service at the Elizabeth location is exactly what is missing at many businesses these days. The battery in our SUV died near the parking, so I went in to see about a replacement. I was greeted as I walked in the door and Noah immediately jumped into action. They verified the proper replacement and didn't just sell me the battery. Without asking, Noah offered to take the old one out and put the new one in right there. That was nice enough, but it turned out the terminals were completely corroded to the point where they were frozen to the old battery posts. Brandie and Noah busted out the tools, the corrosion spray and worked on it until it was done...and it wasn't easy. They were super helpful, super friendly, super knowledgeable and didn't try to sell me things I didn't need or ask for anything. They just really enjoy what they do and genuinely like helping their customers. Brandie even brought our dog a bone from her pup's secret stash. There are a lot of choices when it comes to auto supplies, mechanics, etc. Often times customers are treated like they're being a pain for coming in.
