This is a testament to amazing customer dedication from your store manager, Cody Brower. I don't even think Cody was scheduled to work today, but came in because someone else called out. Yet and still, Cody did not waiver in his pleasant personality and great assistance to me! I rented an electronic vehicle from Hertz and realized after I got home, that the key fob had a dead battery. Hertz had already closed for the entire weekend so I called their roadside assistance. She told me to go to O'Reilly Auto Parts and ask them to replace the battery & she immediately credited my invoice. I went to the nearest O'Reilly and was assisted by the manager, Cody Brower! Cody was SUPER helpful! To my disappointment, when he changed the battery, the fob still did not work. Cody did not give up. He worked with the fob; tried a few testers in the store; and pressed every button...but to no avail. There was a sign on the store door stating that they were unable to do parking lot assistance today, but Cody insisted on coming to the parking lot and test the car battery too! Well, the car battery was fully charged, so that was not the problem. Much to my amazement, Cory was DETERMINED to figure out the issue. Cory kept working with the key fob, and there I was trying not to cry, because I knew my only other option on the weekend, was to drive an hour to the Denver airport. Then Cory said, "Look at this!" I looked up, and voila! He figured out the problem. Cordy got the key fob to work!!!! I cannot thank Cory enough for saving my weekend car rental experience. I am moving to Florida in a couple days and really need this car to finish errands before I leave. Cody saved the day!!! read more

After all was said and done I had 3 new windshield wipers and could see perfectly out my windows after wiping the snow off. We're on the way back from the airport our charging system gauge goes dead. We want to have it tested to see if the alternator is bad or what....I go online to check the hours before we drive over there and the actual O'Reilly's website states they're open until 10p. We get there, the lights are on but the doors are locked. An employee sees us standing there, holds up nine fingers and points to the sign on the door. Long story short....they close at 9pm Note to O'Reilly's: fix your hours on YOUR website, on your Google business page and everywhere else people might be looking. I've been coming to this particular location since it used to be Checker auto but since they were bought out I continued to use them for location convenience only. I have my found myself going here less and less due to lack of parts or ability to get certain things but my last few visits could be summed up with "incompetence" or "laziness" or plain stupidity. The manager of this store told me a particular oil filter I was looking for wouldn't be able to come for 4 days and I quote: "there aren't anywhere nearby" one phone call to the smoky hill store and sure enough they have a few. I can deal with ignorance but when it's paired with lying, I draw the line. This store will not receive any business of mine again. read more

This auto parts store is kind of odd. The staff always seems to be half a step behind and they have some of the lowest energy (besides Napa) out there. They have everything you need, no different stock or inventory than the competition, it's just a feeling I get whenever I come in (usually to recycle my oil). Aside from starting sentences with prepositions (see what I did there), they're prices are reasonable and the shelves are stocked, so they'll have what you need. read more

My headlight on my FJ went out and the last time we had a headlight go out I foolishly took it to the dealer and got raked over the coals. I went into O'Reilly and Zack jumped right up, walked me to the correct aisle, discussed the different options, checked me out, followed me to the car in the cold and changed out both headlights. Adam was extremely helpful. Went in to O'Reilly Auto Parts to ask if they had any tools to remove plastic rivet nuts so I could replace the headlight bulbs of my car. Great employees Terrible at turning rotors. They are worst at any kind out mechanical labor. Do not take any brake rotors to this O'Reilly. You will be buying new rotors. After they turn the rotors and you have a brake pulsation, and you take everything back apart and return to the store, they tell you, you did something wrong. Complete incompetence. The store "manager", is a skinny brunette that is a now it all. Probably doesn't know screwdriver from a tap handle. As you can see, I'm very frustrated. Unfortunately this store is the closest O'Reilly to me. Drive the extra 10 minutes and go to car quest in aurora. Cost is the same and you get parts returned actually useable. read more

Unfortunately, the partial participation of the staff mask commitment is degrading my enthusiasm. (1 of 2 wearing a mask). Better outcome than Advance, however, where no staff were wearing masks. The ladies here were the most helpful employees at an auto parts store that I have ever met. After multiple failed attempts to get my fuse box checked out by other employees of different auto stores, the ladies here were quick to find the problem and fixed it in under five minutes for no charge. One even taught me how I could even fix it myself if I was in an emergency situation. Every time I walk into this store I am greeted and the help I need is customized to my car and the exact problem I'm having within seconds. In contrast, every other auto-part store I've been to can never seem to reach the level of this O'Reilly's by a longshot. read more

Having worked for advanced auto parts in my younger days I am partial to that chain however I have found the employees at OReillys to be knowledgeable and friendly. The only reason they didn't get five stars is because I have not found any one store to be the best advanced, NAPA or Car quest (ok Car quest is only a last resort). Giving them a 5 star because I feel they deserve it. My son and I went in yesterday, July 4th to fix, get parts and ask questions about fixing battery terminals on his car. We actually had started out at Auto Zone a few minutes earlier because it was on the side of the street we were already on, but didn't find them overly helpful. In explaining our plight, the manager said we need to pull all the cables from the battery in order for them to tell us which part we need. We were highly skeptical and he was not willing to come out to our car to ensure that is exactly what we need so we left for a 2nd opinion. Walking into O'Reilly, the staff were immediately welcoming and helpful. They offered, we didn't have to ask, they offered to come outside and look at what's going on with the faulty terminal and potentially bad cables. David in particular was extremely helpful, but all of them really were too, I just don't remember their names. David though, not only came out to our car to help us, but he basically fixed our problem for us right then and there at the cost of less than $5. I was so grateful for his knowledge and willingness to help. My son was getting ready to go on a road trip the next day and I wanted to make sure his car was safe to drive and we didn't potentially have a cable problem or maybe even an alternator problem. Because he took the time to really help us and find out what the real issue is, they will have repeat customers in our family. Thank you for hiring quality people. read more
