Run far away from this place! I give them a negative five star! Due to Alyssa and Christian. Yeah so I have basically donated over $600.00 in parts I purchased. Oh, & when they called 3 weeks ago to pick up and everyone says my 6coils I paid $300 for can't be found, and then today to be told they're not even going to refund me. And they both order wrong parts every time. This is an event that has been going on for 2+ consistent months. And neither of them even know basic vehicle parts. YOU SHOULD HIRE PEOPLE WITH AT LEAST BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF VEHICLE PARTS. You also need them and ESPECIALLY management to take immediate accountability and immediate corrections for their actions! And then Alyssa likes to argue with us saying that four-wheel drive parts will work on my two wheel drive part. She is very confrontational and argumentative. Then Christian told me that my power steering pump doesn't need a pulley because it took them 2 months to order me a power steering pump cuz they kept ordering me one without the power steering pump pulley. And then he told me if they order the wrong part again they'll just refund me again. I told him no you're going to order the part that I want not the part you want me to have I need the pulley with it. And he argued again saying that I don't need a pulley for my power steering pump. read more

Lots of employees milling about but nobody to help with a quick core return for a battery

The staff is actually pretty helpful; it's the whole corporate policies that have pushed me to find another store. I had them look up a wiper for me, which allegedly was in stock then it actually wasn't. They upsold me a different one ten dollars more, since I was in a hurry I just went with it. Turned out it didn't fit my car. When I came Into return it, it took them 15 minutes to process it and bc they couldn't find my account, had to do a store credit card. Every two minutes the very helpful and polite kid helping me had to get mgr approval. The return process wasted me a ton of time for their mistake. Won't be returning. read more

Incredible lack of knowledge, experience, and/or expertise about vehicles. I haven't met a souls here yet that appears to understand basic vehicle maintenance. Additionally, their diagnostic/scanners seem to be broken every time. Every time I've gone in during COVID, they're also clearly violating state/local mandates and not a person in the store is wearing a mask. Half the customers in there weren't wearing one, the staff wasn't enforcing it, and they all had masks around their necks. Made my way up to advance auto and was met with a much kinder, helpful staff. Dont waste your time here. read more

I recently visited this location to have my battery checked. The young man who came out to heck it, told me I had one bad cell, and that it could for a a bit longer, but could cause issues with it starting right up. And, it would need to, eventually, be replaced. He then said we could do it here, but this is a relatively new battery, so I'd recommend you take it back to the dealership; it should still be under warranty. He could have easily said it needed replacement right then and there, but he didn't. And because of this, no, they didn't make a battery sale, but I will go back for any other automotive needs I have in the future. read more

Advertise they take used oil. Drove from Larkspur to Castle Rock with 10 gals of hydraulic oil, unloaded from truck, only for the guy inside to tell me "our drum is full". So now back the opposite way 20 miles to find the AutoZone in the Springs. My oil was in 5 gal pails (as the guy saw) so I couldn't leave 2 5-gal pails for their pick-up guy? According the "the dude" the answer was no. Done with these guys...they don't hire knowledgable people and apparently don't bother to try training them either. Same kid tried to convince me 2 weeks ago that all gear oils was the same the last time I was here. So yes, this is on me too...I should have known better. Twice burned, thrice shy.... read more

Purchased some oil this morning here and the very polite lady who clerked me out asked if I wanted my receipt and I said no. (Thinking paying with a credit card, and creating an account today they could look it up if I needed it.) Turns out I did not need the oil I purchased 4 hours prior. I went to the store to return it and after communicating with the same young lady then escalated to the manager, Dan. He treated me as if I was an idiot and told me it had to be returned on a gift card cause I didn't have my receipt and he stated they couldn't look it up from prior transactions, nor look at my account, nor look by my credit card and he refused to override it. I saw the trash can full of many other receipts and I asked if my receipt was in there and they said "go ahead and look" so they made me dig through their garbage in front of many other customers to find my receipt. Long story short I found it and it was returned back to my card. But treating customers like this is no way to run a business. I hope you think twice next time, as I'm going to think twice about retuning to this location. read more

I like auto zone and all but there was one guy there that was just very unhelpful. My car needed a jump start and I asked if their employes to help me out after I bought some oil from them. He got a battery and we tried to jump start it with that. Didn't work. He just said that there's something really wrong with the car and he can't help and went inside. I know the battery dies now and then. Turns out the wire was loose to the battery, had to ask two different people for a jump and it worked. The employee didn't even bother to look at my car or offer tools, he just quit. It was snowing and I was asking people to help me out in the snow and for their tools when there's a perfectly good parts store there with so called auto employers. Unbelievable. read more

I had bought new windshield wipers about two months ago and they have been just sitting in my trunk because I kept forgetting that they were in there. I'm not the most mechanically inclined person, lol. So, I tried to put them on, with no success and fearing I might break them, I stopped by Autozone in Castle Rock, to get help. I went in and asked for help to get them on. Dustin, instantly came to my assistance and in about three minutes had the new ones on my car. I had purchased a battery 26 months ago at a local repair shop. Over the weekend I having problems w/my car not starting. I called the company to try to resolve the warranty issue @ 7:45 am, but was told it would take a few hours to 'check my charging system' and that there was no guarantee they could get me out before 11:30 and it would cost $35. So I went to Autozone. I explained my situation to Derek and he tested my battery and 'charging system' IN FIVE MINUTES FOR FREE. I knew the battery was not holding a charge and that my alternator was fine. Derek was VERY attentive toward my battery problem. He recommended I try to resolve it through the other company as I still had warranty available to me. I explained it wasn't worth my time and money to deal with it. I bought a new battery and he put it in. He was personable and took care of me 'like I was his 'mom' and he wanted to make sure it was all right' :-) He was outstanding. VERY pleased with my experience there. I would recommend this place for help!!! read more
