Haven't been to one in years but he likes them so when I needed a battery for my key fob, he suggested we go there. Store was neat and clean with parking right up front. Greeted right away and the associate got the battery installed in the key fob for me. Informed us of a program they have where you can pay for a plan which allows you to replace your key fob batteries for free for as long as you have your car. It is tracked by your phone number and the model of your vehicle. We signed up as I have another key fob for the car that will probably need replacing soon. Quick and efficient visit. read more

I have never visited this location before, and I cannot tell you the last time I went to a Batteries Plus, but this was a great visit. I needed a battery that I could not find anywhere in Parker, and finally remembered this place was here so I stopped in to check. Right when I walked in I was greeted and asked what I was looking for. I told him the specific battery and he walked over to it and grabbed one for me. I needed a incandescent bulb for my bar light and I've been everywhere looking for it the last week. Well, the gentleman who helped me was an ace at telling me why I could not find it. Illegal in a few states and I can't get one. (Now I know why people vote!) So ended my journey looking for this bulb. Had the most ridiculous experience at this shop. Made an appointment to get my phone fixed, but there was no one there who could? She tells me it'll take about an hour. Okay fine, wanted to give them a little extra time to make sure it was done; so I waited 3 hours for the person to come in and also to do the repair. I come back and he hasn't even started it. Tells me it'll only take 30 minutes and not to worry. Without much choice I go wait in my car, give them 45 minutes instead of 30, and it still was. not. done. All in all he didn't even have the right screen for me (my phone straight up rejected it and said the device didn't recognize the screen) and said he'd order a new one- it'll take two days and they'll call me. They call me Thursday, I schedule a new appointment for Saturday at 9:30am and the young lady assures me she will have someone there and they will be expecting me. If you're still reading this I'm sure you can guess what happened, I go in, there's no one there to fix the screen, and I'm told it will take two hours even though the website says walk-ins take about an hour (make it make sense???) I tell her I can't wait two hours, I told her on the phone I couldn't wait that long when I made the appointment. I gave her an hour and change, and guess what? She hadn't even touched it (I know, a theme has been established at this point) I take my phone and leave, it still rejects the weird screen they put on, my facial recognition no longer works, and I wasted so much time, gas, and energy on this for basically nothing. So, if you live close to this location, have days/weeks to wait around, then I'd recommend this location, every one else should just take it to the little kiosks in the mall and be done with it. read more

I purchased a battery from these guys about 1-1.5 months ago for my motions sensor in my house. Last week it said that it needed to be replaced already. Old battery that was in the before , lasted over a year( purchased else where) So I came in this afternoon and brought in the old battery explaining what happened. A young salesman behind the counter (polite)advised me that the battery should have lasted longer than a month and a half, however without the receipt (which I threw away) they can't do anything even replace an obviously faulted battery.I asked if they can look it up by my debit card that I used for this purchase, the answer was no! Maybe it's just me but it seemed like they don't appreciate customer retention. I left the battery on the counter and left!!! I will take my business elsewhere from now on! read more

Purchased 5 batteries for our company vehicles this year and 3 went bad. They've simply said they won't warranty out the batteries because they won't hold a charge. Makes no sense. I would not recommend using this location. We've spent a lot of money with batteries plus over the years and it disappoints me this is how they treat their loyal customers. I want to thank Store Manager Wesley for quite possibly the best customer service that I have ever received in a store. Last week my daughter dropped and cracked the screen on her phone. We made an appt for 6:30 that evening at the Batteries Plus Store in Parker to have her phone fixed. We dropped off her phone and went to dinner. Wes said the phone would be done by closing at 8 pm. We returned to the store and Wes informed us that he had tried 4 different screens on the phone and none of them would work. He didn't know if it was the screens or the phone. He was nothing short of overly apologetic. My daughter was extremely upset and we explained a situation she was in. Wes offered to try another screen off a phone that a customer decided they didn't want the day before. The screen worked once on, but the home button was not working. He took the time to take pieces and parts from other phones until the phone was completely working. He stayed an hour past closing and never once complained. Thank you Wesley!! On 7/16/20 I called the Parker,CO store because the website listed there were three in stock at that location. I waited for about 8 minutes and no one picked up. I went to the store and had the website on my phone to which I showed the sales rep (Stephen Mahoney). He looked on the shelf and said they didn't have any. He told me he could order me one and it would be shipped to the store in a week. I ordered the battery with him (there was no mention that if I had ordered online, I could have some idea of tracking delivery). He said I would receive a call when it came in. The next week goes by and I haven't received a call. I call the store and wait 10 minutes with no one answering. I drive to the store and wait in line. I watch a sales rep pick up the phone and press hold a good 2 times. After waiting in line, the sales rep can't find my order on the system via my name or my phone number. I still have the order receipt in my hand to which I read out the order number to him. He is then able to find it in the system. The rep looks around the store for the delivery. He tells me he can't find it and that must mean it didn't get shipped. I asked if he had any way of tracking and he said that they have a few orders being shipped differently. He tells me it will be on the order the following week. I wait a week and again, no one calls. I call the store and I'm told that the original rep who was "new" did not actually place my order. That he is sorry and to come back up to the store for a refund. I could then order online through their website if I wanted to. I return to the store today (3/3/20) and ask for a refund because I was told that my order was never placed. The sales rep tells me "Well the fact that there's an order number here (he points to my receipt that I had brought in again) tells me it was placed". That's the first thing he says to me. No question why I would say that or anything. Just a condescending accusation. I tell him that's what I was told on the phone by a rep. That's why I drove back to this store." the rep with him confirms he is the one that told me that on the phone. He said "I apologize" and continues to say "that's probably on the shipment that was lost. I have about a thousand upset customers" I told him that if I had any idea literally ANY at all, that I would have gone another route by now. To which no one said anything. I had to ask for my receipt back from the rep so I could write this review. It occurred to me in that moment, that no one had yet to ask for my number or additional info to locate this order in their system. Ever. If I didn't have this paper, could anyone do their job? Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received anywhere. And I am totally lenient and understanding that a lot of companies are going through changes and are having to adapt. But it is not the customers responsibility to be their own customer service when placing an order in the actual store no less. Zero communication between employees. Absolutely no real apologies for having to wait, call, drive up there this many times. How this company operates as a functioning business in 2020 is a complete joke and I'm honestly surprised if anyone returns for business. This store has been nothing but a complete nightmare. I have had to be my own customer service and driving up to the store proved to be no less confusing or helpful in any way. read more

Took my teen daughter's phone in for a desperate repair last night. Booked the appointment the night before, received a $10 off coupon and kept my fingers crossed that it would be repairable. Shattered screen, pixels were affected and it was in rough shape. We arrived for the appointment and were promptly greeted by a nice young man. He immediately told us it was repairable and asked that we give him 45 minutes to fix it. We left and returned just before the 45 minutes were up. He was still working on it, along with another iPhone that was a bit more challenging. It took a bit longer than the estimate, but he was awesome and gave us $15 off instead of $10 from the coupon. He also offered a small discount on a screen protector that he immediately put on for us. Overall, the best experience and amazing customer service. Out the door with a beautiful new screen at an amazingly reasonable cost-even a new screen protector! read more

I recently took my iPhone into this store wen its battery wasn't holding a charge. The technician behind the counter insisted he try to charge the phone even after I mentioned the phone had been on my charger overnight with no success. After leaving the phone at the store for an hour or so, I returned and phone had not charged. The technician advised that it needed a new charging port and battery and said the work could be done with 90 minutes. Again, I left the store and upon my return the phone had not been touched, the original technician I had been coordinating with had "left for the day." Needless to say I took my phone and had it repaired by a different vendor. Bottom line, the staff at this Batteries Plus Bulbs location seemed confused, uncoordinated and not vey well trained. I can't get the 5 hours they wasted of my time back, but I'm hoping this review will save someone else the hassle and inconvenience I experienced. read more

This place is awesome! We brought my Iphone 6 to get the battery replaced. Who knew they can fix this without any hassle or waiting. I made an appointment online, dropped the phone off and it was ready a few hours later, as promised. The guys who work here are so helpful and knowledgeable. I'm so glad I went here instead of waiting at the apple store - which we did only to be told "your battery is still good". It did cost $60 (after a $10 coupon for booking an appt online) but it was worth keeping the phone another 2 years. This is our "go to" battery shop for almost everything. What a gem! read more

I went in for a replacement bulb for my microwave. I had the existing bulb with me, and their employee used that bulb to pick out the correct replacement. I went home to insert the bulb and it did not fit. We went back, the same day, to return the bulb and they would not return it because the package was opened. In no way did they tell us of this policy - either in person or on the receipt. They also smell of body odor and marijuana. Very disappointing. read more

We too had an issue with our daughter's phone and thought everything on it was lost since she neglected to check if she was backing up. Robert was calm and helpful and tried several options before finally getting a new screen on and even helped us make sure we had items saved before leaving! Beyond service and so refreshing when most big box stores just want to get you out and give up if it is not an easy fix.
