You just drive under the canopy where you are greeted by a service representative and tell them what you are there for. I did not make prior appointments for either of the oil changes. The service was still done in a timely manner and the car was brought back to me after being washed. While the car was being serviced I had a very pleasant visit with my sales representative, Linda Freidrich. Linda remembered me (and my spouse who was not present on this visit) by name and also details of our previous interactions. And public transportation in Los Angeles is what nightmares are made of...! It's been a saga. My friend in Florida called Coggin, and lo and behold, they had the part! They doubled checked the VIN.
