However, this place is only worth 1 star for the TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! My dad came in today to pick up the battery he ordered and to have it installed. Even though he already had an email saying the battery was ready for pickup, the person in the store (Nima) didn't even have it ready. Nima had to go in the back and look for the battery...what was the point of sending an email saying it was ready then?! My dad then brought up that he scheduled an installation as well. Unfortunately the weather was cold and slightly rainy, but you could still get work done if you had the proper jacket. My dad offered to help Nima install, but Nima vehemently DECLINED saying he couldn't do it because of the weather. My dad really needed to get it done today, so he just started working on it himself. Talk about terrible service!! My dad had to ask for tools and such while he just sat there. It wasn't until later that Nima went out and finally did a little bit in the installation. Even then, it looked like he didn't want to get his hands dirty!! Our family will never come back to this establishment. We gave it a chance since it was near and had the exact battery we needed, but the customer service is AWFUL!! I do not recommend! I've attached our receipts below for this visit for proof.

They don't carry -- at least I don't think they do -- the German motor oil I use in my car, but was able to get something else in a pinch. Glad to have something close by if needed.

It was rough going the last couple of times So today when one of my truck fobs died,I was reticent to come here but,I paid for it so,I took a deep breath and .. Great experience. The young man ask me how he could help the moment I walked in. In about five minutes I was out the door with two new batteries. This is how lifetime replacement should work. Was able to get it replaced in the parking lot. Removed about 10 - T30 bolts took off a few hoses. Remove some coils pulled it out. Replaced it then drove it around to see if I can get the check engine light to go off.
