Came here on 4th of July because our alternator went out. Got here around 5pm and the employees Lucas and TJ were so helpful and kind! We were here literally until they closed at 8pm and they continued to help us afterwards until everything was all fixed and they knew we were good and even brought us out waters because we were baking in the heat all day- and let us charge our phones inside!! Nice, helpful young man. Clean store nice parking area plenty of room. I came here cause they had the PCV valve in stock. Very large, largest one I or the O'Reillys staff have seen. Was able to get it replaced in the parking lot. Removed about 10 - T30 bolts took off a few hoses. Remove some coils pulled it out. Replaced it then drove it around to see if I can get the check engine light to go off. read more

Yesterday I experienced extreme anxiety when my car didn't want to start. My car is new to me, only one payment made. I had a trip planned was advised I needed a new battery. It was suggested I should call the Cadillac dealership . I was absolutely shocked at the price quoted $545.00, I called this store and was quoted $250. I asked what do you charge to install -0- and I have a 4 year warranty. I made them repeat the quote I was so shocked at the difference and was there in 10 minutes. Everyone was friendly helpful, even replaced a piece of trim on my car that a car wash destroyed. This senior woman will always claim this store as my go to for everything car. I went to O'Reilly today to have the battery to my daughters checked because the car would not start. They checked on their portable meter, and the meter said too low to read. They said they would need to check the battery on the big unit to honor the warrenty. They called me and said the battery tested good but may not start the car in hot or cold weather. Really, I live in Texas. It is hot or cold all the time. I told the rep that if it does not start the car, the battery is no good. So if the car does not start, the battery is no good. I had Ryan help me with a battery that was dead and he checked it and determined I needed a new one. Alexander was very helpful diagnosing my vehicle, letting me know that I needed to get a sensor checked. I had gone in there to purchase brake pads that had a lifetime warranty as well as two year warranty rotors. Descent service once you get the employees to notice you. Gotta speak up, otherwise you might be ignored. Know what part you're looking for. Request that part, pay, and be on your way. They seem to work better with phone customers. I did not know the cabin filter needed changing about every 6 months. I thought it was done with the oil change. Nope. I didn't know it's on a different rotation then oil changes! Also, didn't know it was part of ownership. Filter changes need to be done about every 12000 miles. I'm for sure way past that on this vehicle. Cabin filter was gross. How embarrassing! See pictures posted below. Totally, my fault for not being educated/informed. Research stuff via the internet on your car. Google is your friend!! Employee, sent me down an isle. Well, all that stuff looks the same. It's not as easy as pick that color lipstick, and boom you're done. Everything comes in a minimum of 200 sizes per object needed. What a hot mess I'm into! Eventually, the employee noticed I was lost. He returned to help me. I got the feeling if I'd not been a woman, I'd have been there for a long time. Went there to buy some oil and I waited at the cashier for a couple minutes and no one was there so I peeked my head in the back and called out for someone and I heard on guy behind a wall bout 10 feet from me and another guy on a computer and got no response. Did the same thing a couple times calling out louder and still nothing. Shouldn't have to wait 10 minutes to get someone to check me out. While O'Reilly seems to have the parts I need if I can't find them at Auto Zone, they also have the WORST customer service, hands down!! I have to REALLY need a part before I'll go into this store, which is about twice a year. And each time I come here, the store personnel acts as if they are mad that I would even think about coming in there to buy parts. What it appears to be is that they employ former mechanics that have no patience with someone that may not be as knowledgable as they are. Auto Zone is MUCH more customer friendly. read more

There are some really great O'Reilly locations and some are so-so. This one based on my first experience was mediocre. I went in to drop off an old battery to get a core charge refund on a battery I bought previously and to pickup some octane booster and carb cleaner. I was the 1st person in the line when checking out. The line stacked up to 5-6 people while I was waiting. Each transaction one of the I guess new employees did the asst. manager had to switch with him to complete the transaction. The 1st guy was still at the other counter when I left about 5 minutes later; he was just trying to exchange some oil filter. Nobody in the store asked or offered assistance either. read more

I like this place. Typically they offer a selection of replacement parts rather than just one. They are friendly and helpful. The only thing I don't like is the bottleneck parking lot they share. Hard to get in and out of at peak times. But that really is not their fault. read more

I went in today with my son's brakelights that wouldn't go out. I told TJ what I "thought" it was, he confirmed my opinion. He was kind and fast and treated me like I actually knew of what I was speaking. I'm a woman, and honestly, in a mans world...that means ALOT. he walked me through how to use the part he sold me....I unfortunately didn't have enough strength in my hands to actually fix the issue and had to go back in. Great experience today at this location. I needed new license plate lights in order to pass my car inspection. On my way to AutoZone, I noticed O'Reilly's and decided to try there first. So glad I did. I bought the lights and the manager, Paul, replaced them. I thought it would take all of 5 minutes to "change a light bulb". But my car is so extra that he had to change them from underneath. It took about 30 min! I felt bad because other customers were waiting for my $5 light bulbs to be replaced. But he was awesome and attentive to all the customers. Definitely will be back! read more

A nice young man found what I needed quickly - that was nice since all I had was a piece of paper from the light vendor and wasn't really sure what I needed. In order to make sure he was giving the the correct size, he took it outside and installed it. He was very nice and friendly. The employees there are great to me ! I seen other customers treat the workers there like total dirt thinking that they own the store! If the people who gave a negative ratings to the store more respect and don't down on them, then they will get better service!
