This chain of auto part shops really surprises me time and time again with a surprising level of both professionalism and ::::hold your breath:::: HONESTY! I mean.... you would think a place that caters primarily to the most pedestrian people movers (cars) would be pretty miserable dealing with the most elementary questions and problems time and time again.... but even when I SCREWED up my own starter... the manager was understanding, gave me some advice and replaced the part I ROYALLY DESTROYED against typical policy since he could understand somebody trying to save a buck and perform their own repairs to save a buck. Good place to get the parts you need for your car. If its kind of older model they might not have it. Counter people are not always the most customer service oriented and would rather text someone than help you, which I thought was rude, especially at work. Took forever to find my part even though I called ahead and asked them to set it aside (reserved it). Otherwise the other times I've been in and had better service, and courteous, too. read more

Im a loyal auto zone customer for all my vehicle needs. As of yesterday I'm very disappointed in how the staff went about their actions. My friend and I went in for a new battery and right away before even telling the man what kind of car we were told, "you will have to wait until 4pm to be helped. It's only 2 of us and I'm off at 4. I'm trying to get out of here on time." I completely understand the end of a shift and just wanting to go home. He then continued "I mean you can purchase the battery and install it yourself. Either way It's not in my job description to install batteries." WOW!!! I've purchased the two batteries my car has ever needed at auto zone locations before and each time they've checked the battery then processed the purchase followed by installing. I was completely taken back with how little this employee was trying. I then said it's ok there's an O'Reilly's across the street let's go there instead. This was the icing on this terrible experience , "oh yea for sure, so you're going across the street instead?" Then continued on his way. Came to this location for my first time since they are new here. I had horrible Customer service, ask to get a 5 coupon that I got over text when spending over $30 dollars .. Jeremia didn't look like he knew what he was doing .. He pretended that the coupon apply and next thing when I saw my receipt it didn't . When I confronted him he said that it will be for next time like nothing . I told him the coupon was for this transaction and he told me if I wanted he can cancel the order better .. this is bad customer service will no longer be doing business at this location will just go across the street to O'Reilly better.. read more
