Unfortunately the computer on the desk wasn't responding. Ditto the other computer. She used her phone and still nothing. She then went into the back (to make a call, I guess or to troubleshoot the problem). Either way, she wasn't giving up trying to find the right battery for me. I couldn't get the website to work on my phone either and decided it was the store router. About 10 minutes in (all the while she was trying her hardest to find that number) the computer suddenly worked and I could complete my purchase. Other stores may have said sorry, come back later, but she tried her hardest to come up with a solution...and with a professional attitude, never showing frustration or a bad word about the company as other businesses sometimes do. They repaired the cracked screens on 2 of my phones, and the cameras on both phones stopped working…read morewhen they handed them to me. Both cameras worked when I handed them to him to repair, and wasn't working 20-minutes later when he gave them back. He said it would cost $15 each to replace the cameras on the phones to make them operational again. I declined --and that was 3 months ago. Last week the front of the phone fell off because I guess the glue got old in 3-months, and I saw the reason the camera didn't work. There was a bunch of dust on the camera lens. I cleaned the camera lens, then took the phone to be re-glued at a different repair place. My camera now works on that phone. CommCentral was trying to scam me out of $15 on each phone, when all they would've done is wiped away dust --and how did it get dusty? I don't like dealing with shady people, so I'd never let them touch any of my phones again.
