We swallowed hard but decided to move forward with the repair and they completed the work quickly and efficiently. Their positive friendly aporoach to everything was really refreshing! When I went to pick it up, they asked me to come out in the shop to show me the parts that failed and were replaced. Definitely not a fancy operation but they've earned my business, five stars and referrals!

They neglected to install a hanger where it should have been (the hanger was there, just nothing attached to it) which caused the muffler they installed to move and vibrate which eventually broke the housing where the pipe from the engine went into the muffler.
