I'm at a loss for words. How this business is still running after what I witnessed yesterday I will never know. My daughter has been struggling to get a part for her car for OVER A MONTH! She has brought in the exact piece that she's needed every single time and every time she has come to pick it up there has been a problem. They treat her like she's stupid because she's a girl when really, the men behind the counter don't know a brick from a hole in their ass. How do you sit there and listen to someone tell you the exact piece they need and also bring in an exact replica of the piece that they need and you mess it up three times and make her feel like she's the problem by making up excuses as to why it's not in the shop eat shit O'Reillys. Today, my day was packed full of appointments. Right out of my first appointment of the day, walked out to get in my car... and it wouldn't start.. oh issues! I really didn't need this on top of what i will call my black cloud. I went in to the store, was greeted nicely and immediately told that I would be helped, I was probably the biggest emotional mess they had ever had to deal with....The kindest, helpful gentleman came to my rescue. He ruled out my alternator, moved on to the battery. Diagnosis! Battery! Sam, then installed my new battery, it was so hot I really felt bad. He was so positive to my meltdown and helped me. Reassuring me, that it was a bump in the road, things will get better. I would like to say. He really touched my day. Extremely professional, hard working person. I believe he was put in my path, to tell me that God is always at work and remind me there are still Good people out there to go out of their way, even if its the job. His kindness went a long way. Excellent customer service, a young man by the name of Ryan came out and helped me install my windshield wipers because, honestly, I have no idea how to do that, he even showed me how so in the future I can do it myself. One of the wipers turned out to be the wrong size because, well, computer sometimes get stuff wrong oh, but he just went right inside and got another one for me no problem. My key fob on my 2012 vehicle was triggering" low battery on key" warning. I went in and all Covid requirements were in place, a very nice young man found the batteries needed after opening the fob. Upon replacing the battery, the 8 years old fob got cranky putting it back together. Joe another tech behind the counter was patient, got it back together and problem solved. Joe even offered that I could bring my second fob in and he'd be happy to replace battery. I will do business here again happily read more

I've been here a few times now and this place is knowledgeable about their parts. It's a little on the pricey side compared to auto zone but I've noticed they have more parts to choose from. I'm knocking it down 3 stars because the young guy working the counter had a huge wad or chew in his mouth and he would spit it into a clear water bottle throughout the time we were in the store. That to me is just so gross and does not belong in a workplace especially when you're talking to customers. I really hope management addresses this issue. read more

I was driving from San Diego to Redding and was concerned that my temperature gauge was sticking at just below red. I was half way through my drive and about half way through the state when I realized I needed to get help or risk serious engine damage. It was a Sunday and nothing was open near I-5 so I drove 30 minutes inland to Firestone for help. They showed me that I had absolutely no coolant but they couldn't help me do anything about it. Sam - at O'Reilly's in Hanford - helped me fill my radiator with coolant and did so with such a generous, kind spirit. THANK YOU! I made it all the way to Redding later that same day. I came here and got my battery and alternator checked. O'Reilly's informed me my battery was fine, but my alternator was bad. Therefore, I replaced my alternator with a remanufactured one from them. Had my original alternator checked by Pep Boys and it ran good THREE times. Took it to O'Reilly's and they lied to my face and said it failed until I told them about my visit to Pep Boys. Anyways, $600 later it was the battery the entire time and I had to have my original alternator put back in because the one I received from them was faulty. I was so much better off not setting a foot in this place. read more
