After purchasing 4 new ones I drove to my campsite only to find out that they did not give me back my battery cable post caps Which secure the cable to the post. Needless to say my entire weekend was ruined. When I left a message regarding the missing items from my old batteries nobody returned a phone call. I showed up two days later and was confronted by the owner's son approached me with the I don't give a shit attitude towards me. He did not like the Fact I left a heated message on his business phone. He also didn't like the fact I raised my voice due to the lack of his care. The fact that it was my responsibility to make sure all of the cables and Nuts were removed from the old Battery.
