Due to the complexity of changing my battery the autopart store doesn't change it for you. She tried various ways of charging my old battery to get it home so we could go to the mechanic the next morning and it just wouldn't hold a charge. Valerie decided to jump in and change it for me after all. Between the time in the store, the time trying to jump it, and then ultimately changing my tire she was with me for nearly 2 hours. She never seemed bothered to help and was so friendly the entire time. I was reduced to holding the flashlight on my phone and was 100% okay with that.
