The parking lot is a bit small, but once inside, the waiting area was clean, comfortable, and didn't smell like oil or cars like some other shops do (which I really appreciated!). I was greeted right away and even offered a complimentary ride home while they worked on my car which was such a nice touch. The gentleman who gave me the ride was very kind and seemed genuinely trustworthy. They called me once my car was ready and arranged for pickup, which made the entire process super convenient. This service alone makes coming here worth it as I hate having to waste time sitting around in a shop! I also loved that they sent me a detailed digital report with pictures of everything they inspected and noted any issues. It's so helpful to actually see what they're referring to. I chose not to fix a few things right away due to cost, but I really appreciate their transparency and the information so I can plan and budget for future repairs. I ask her to hand her phone to an employee, and when I asked why this is so expensive the employee raised their voice at me. He is unprofessional and perpetuates the negative stereotype of crooked mechanics preying on young women.

More likely, I'll just be dumping more money in sonl you can "half fix it" a 2nd time. One mechanic even told my wife to "hit the dash when her A/C wasn't kicking on...AFTER they fixed it. GTFO... Really!? Cost wasn't exactly on the cheap side...maybe fair, but ONLY if they fix the problem. My impression is they had way more cars than they could handle and were trying to rush them outa there. We received a clear quote up front, and they were very transparent about the service area, letting us know there would be an additional charge if we were outside their 20-mile radius. I appreciated that honesty and made sure to confirm the distance between us. We were assured our home was within range, which made scheduling easy. We set an appointment just a couple of hours later. When we received the text that he had arrived, my partner in crime went out to meet him, and he got straight to work. The whole process felt efficient and professional.
