Went into the store today to turn in a phone (no number on it and found out it was costing me $40/month) and both employees, one from corporate, said they could not accept the phone in store and I required a return package sent via mail. Longer return process = more money for them? Who knows. I went home and called customer service who told me I could keep the phone since I paid the monthly fee for so long. I scheduled my appointment online, and was on time and even a little early, a drop off for an oil change and after 3 and a half hours of waiting and no oil change I asked for my car and left. I have an older BMW and it was just an oil change so I felt like they just put me on the back burner and made me feel unimportant. I've been to BMW dealerships in Grand Rapids and Traverse City and never had a problem and always had great customer service. Will not return and I have already found other places that seem glad to have my business.
