I scheduled my appointment online, and was on time and even a little early, a drop off for an oil change and after 3 and a half hours of waiting and no oil change I asked for my car and left. I have an older BMW and it was just an oil change so I felt like they just put me on the back burner and made me feel unimportant. I've been to BMW dealerships in Grand Rapids and Traverse City and never had a problem and always had great customer service. The manager Shane is very rude and doesn't care... He told me that he "hadn't heard of me" and to look elsewhere to get the kind of pricing I had come accustomed to in the past. Shane said pricing "wouldn't likely be cheaper". So, I did just that! I called the next closest Line-X installer their price was $60 cheaper, apples-to-apples. If you care about customer service and/or the price, go to the next Line-X installer.
