So I rushed down about 45 mins before closing and got right in I got the same oil change as before no upsells since I got a new air filter and such before. They looked everything over and just said my oil level was a little low which was expected. The team that assisted me was Victor, Jovan and Esequiel. I asked for a oil change , of a vehicle requiring less than 5 quarts of oil, they quoted $116 plus tax which I found a lil high, I presented a coupon ( jiffy lube ) for 50 percent off, which they didn't honor, I found a second coupon for$26 off which the accepted but only for $20 off, meanwhile they bottom plate of car off and not putting all bolts it had on they were missing 4 nuts. And that's before I agreed on the job. I told them I was taking care else where to do oil change as I get on car they cracked a plastic portion of dash board . And when I presented the problem they lied and said they didn't plate off when I seen them put it back on. I didn't mention the cracked dashboard since it was useless since they lied in the first place about bottom plate that cover oil pan. So I went to Walmart up the street and paid $48 dollars for oil and filter change and with full synthetic penzoil platinum oil and they didn't brake anything on my car. Note I did the oil change before taking to jiffy lube so I know all screws from plate were there before the touched plate at jiffy lube and detailed car a day before myself and dashboard was in new condition. So the moral of story is don't take it to jiffy lube they charge twice as much as Walmart auto care and with better oil and filter and pay half price. And at end of day dashboard piece broken costs $55 plus $30 dollars for bolts they didn't put back which I had to get at O'Reilly's. They costed me ( jiffy lube ) $85 dollars and didn't do anything but costed me money just to show up and get quote on oil change. Do not go to this place . read more

New to area and needed a new oil change spot. Rolled up at this location and was immediately guided into the garage by Adam. Mark then told me what my options were, I made my selections and I was out of there in less than 25 minutes ( I opted to get my coolant flushed in addition to my oil change.) Taylor also assisted and one thing I really liked about this shop was seeing everyone working together. This shop was a well oiled machine and clean too. The bad: I feel like coordination here is below par, which means a lot to a customer. I was waiting for one hour behind a car wheel the cars next to me were attended rapidly. I was behind the most insane customer today. She was driving a green Jeep Cherokee. She had lost her mind. She was so rude to the employees. I was in the bay behind her. She delayed my visit by over 30 minutes. She seemed to be angry about the cost of an oil change. She was heinous, a disgrace, and I did ask her what her damage was. Anyway, Brianna and the team handled all that mess with poise and grace. A young male employee was the one who dealt with her the most. He was kind and had long hair. I don't know how he held his composure, but he was the consummate professional. I will always come back here. These are exceptional employees. I depend on my vehicle to get me where I need to go because I literally live in the middle of nowhere. A small town in Arizona. I live 82 miles round trip from the nearest Mc Donald's and 180 miles from the nearest Walmart. I was in Chula Vista and knew I needed an oil change before I headed back home. Less then a month later I look and there is a huge puddle of liquid under my car. Thank God There is a Napa auto parts and repair center in my town. My 87 yo father with terminal cancer brought his car in, which he drives maybe a couple thousand miles a year. This place "recommended" over $500 worth of maintenance. Do they have a right to so this, sure. Is it right to do this, I'll let you be the judge. And they "forgot" to give him a 10% senior discount. Well, there goes that social security check. The best they will do is give him back the discount plus a few bucks. They had the chance to make it right but these places are just going to get as much out of you as they can. Had an oil change with jiffy lube in May, in July I smelled some burning oil coming in from my ac vents so I pulled over an checked my oil dip stick, I had no oil on my dipstick. The next day I went in to let them know this has never happened before, and maybe they didn't tighten something correctly or made an error in the type of oil. Ofcourse they denied all liability and didn't even offer to fix the problem free of charge. All I got was a $30 off and still had to pay $59 at the end of the day. Don't come here guys, who knows what type of oil they put into your car, your trusting a cheap ass company for the care of your car, and they won't take responsibility when shit hits the fan. I've been going to this location for years. Every time I go for my oil changes, every staff that served me is always courteous & has good customer service skills. The lobby is clean & has a tv. There are chairs outside the lobby if you prefer to wait outside. Bathroom needs cleaning. They offer free coffee while you wait. They have online coupons for $13 off an oil change. They fixed it in 1 minute no complications and had such a positive attitude about it. They didn't try to rip me off or upsell me on any unnecessary stuff.
