I got hungry and asked for a place to walk to, to get food. The intake person, brought me 1/2 of his own sandwich, chips and yogurt as well as a comfy chair to sit outside and eat. Upon completion every person exceeded ALL my expectations toward a customer they'd probably never see again. I'm 74 and have been driving 58 years. Yesterday I had a mobile mechanic (J&B Mobile Mechanics) come out and look at my Tacoma, they showed up about two hours after I called and were in the parking lot of my job for a total of 20 minutes after a short test drive and told me everything that was wrong. Oh by the way, all updates I had to contact the dealership and wait for a contact back after several hours. The longer they had the truck, the more I had to call for an update.
