I purchased the batteries and installed them in the parking lot to turn in the cores. When I checked my work I noticed the made in Korea stickers on the batteries. I questioned that and was told that only the case is made in Korea and that the batteries were manufactured in the USA. I asked about the return policy if I found that he lied and the response was there was since they were installed there was no return policy. I am investigating via email with interstate batteries. I hope that I was not lied to. Three stars because he was helpful, will go down to one if I find out that he lied

It pains me to write a bad review for a small independent business, but this was a terrible…read moreexperience. As one of the few approved stores within my vicinity that handles Xfinity Mobile Assurant claims, I brought in my phone to get my cracked screen replaced. It was working perfectly fine, but since there is no deductible, I figured why not? I'm paying for the service. I filed the claim and then the day of the repair he called me to tell me that he doesn't have the screen because my Galaxy S22 is white and he would need to get it from another store because the insurance company wouldn't let him use a non white screen. He said he would call me back when he got the part. I said fine, even though I thought it was weird because all the phone screens regardless of phone color have a black bezel. I looked it up on Amazon and there doesn't seem to be any differentiation in color for screen replacement. After not hearing back for a couple of weeks I call back, he said he still doesn't have it but he said that Assurant must've updated the part numbers since then, because now he can use the part he already has. Great. Met Brian, the store owner, very nice guy and left my phone with him. He calls me back a couple of hours later saying that due to some logic board issue the phone won't work anymore. He said it was probably due to some system or firmware update, but no screen is going to work with this phone anymore. There was nothing he could do for me except give me back my now completely useless phone. I contact Assurant and now they say I have to pay a $99 deductible to replace my phone because the shop had stated there was additional damage to the phone and my repair was rejected. Complete BS, because my phone had been working completely perfectly until I took it in for a screen replacement. I've now had to go a week without a phone and lost all my pictures, texts and everything else on my phone. I've been on the phone with Assurant for hours and they say they just have to take the shop owners word that there was other damage to the phone that was beyond his control. Personally, I'm pretty certain he doesn't know how to fix my phone and accidentally broke a connection on the phone, but is not taking responsibility for it. I learned the hard way, that when you get your phone screen repaired via insurance (ironically which is meant to avoid risk), the customer assumes all the risk and if the store breaks your phone, that's on you. I get the pleasure to pay $99 for this valuable lesson. Learn from me...if you have a cracked screen, run from this repair shop and run from Assurant. A scam all around.

I spent 4 hours driving, took time off work twice, and wasted a lot of my time trying to get something as simple as 2008+ gray seat belt buckles... only to deal with an unprofessional, unapologetic representative who couldn't be bothered to at least apologize for his mistake (or that of his coworkers).. never mind even trying to correct the mistakes, which include wrong part and wrong color on the first trip and wrong part, missing parts and incorrect order form on trip two. This is just for seat belt buckles.. Humility and professionalism go a long way Mike Cavooto. How about walking over 40 feet to check the part for me like I suggested so I could have avoided another 2 hour drive and you could have taken some initiative to help out a customer who was left in a bad spot by LKQ? I go to junk yards often enough where I'd dealt with companies making mistakes, but every time, those companies have gone out of their way to make it right. It's as simple as, offering free shipping OR having the yard expedite the order for a costumer who was wronged OR getting hands on the item which was only 40 feet from you before I drove two hours OR even... just... apologizing. I was extremely patient with you, but perhaps that was the issue. Maybe you're more receptive to people making a scene. I would like to give credit to Shawn (Sean?) McKenna who realized the situation and without being prompted, apologized, like a decent person. I gave Mr. Cavooto opportunities to do ANYTHING to make this remotely right, you chose to do absolutely nothing. I'm sure this review means nothing to you as well. I'd avoid this company. Michael Cavooto makes it seem like they're too big to care about regular people. If you do go there, try requesting Mr. McKenna or at least, avoid Michael Cavooto or Mario.. or whatever name he decides to go by.
