But seemed to be an issue so we just took it to the dealer, we were informed that the engine was significantly overfilled, containing 7.5 quarts of oil. This suggests either an incomplete drain of the old oil or an incorrect amount added, possibly due to unfamiliarity with the specific oil checking procedure for Pentastar engines. The extent of any potential damage from this overfill is currently unknown, which is a significant concern.

They are very friendly, clearly know what they are doing, and they don't push you into choosing a higher product than you need. They also provided sufficient information for me to make an informed decision. The service was prompt and my windows were done in less than an hour. The work was excellent and I enjoyed meeting them both. They are nice people!

Reece and Marie were Awesome with the mom and dad and selling them the car they were looking for…read more Was actually fairly hard to find a good example of the low mileage make and model and fully optioned car they were looking for, for they money they wanted to spend; but Automall had it and they were very easygoing, friendly, personable, and enjoyable to deal with. We did have an oil leak we fixed by tightening up the oil filter (couldn't get any easier than that), but that's par for the course with any used car. You have to expect things like that or worse. ...but they couldn't be happier. Anyway, thank you very much, they Love the car and will probably still be trying to figure out all the snazzy new fandangled buttons a year or two from now. Excellence in used car buying here.
